Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is seeking Your divine intervention and favor in their employment situation. We know the heart of the King is in Your hands. You can turn it wherever You want to.
Lord, we ask that You guide the decision-makers in their favor, and that You provide the enrollment needed for their virtual teaching position. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and understanding to be granted to those in authority, that they may recognize the gifts and talents that our fellow believer possesses.
In Proverbs 21:1 WEB, You remind us that "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." And in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, Your Word tells us: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
We pray that our fellow believer will continue to work heartily, as unto You, Lord, and that You will reward their diligence and faithfulness. Guide them through this time of uncertainty, and strengthen their faith in You.
