🙏"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

[1] Since Jesus' Prayer He taught us was a form, outline, summary of topics, or "pattern prayer;" Teachers, scholars, theologians, pastors, and lovers of God throughout the ages (from all denominations and sides within the Bride of Christ) have suggested various personal outlines and patterns -- many having been studied and most have a consensus of what is revealed, from which the following has been derived [and condensed])...

Lord's Prayer, Personalized: 🙌 Praise to The Father, Petitions Regarding His Name, Kingdom and Will; 🙏 Then Our Needs are Added, Provision, Our Relationship to God and Others, and Protection from Temptation to Sin, evil and the evil one himself, Matt 6:9-13; Matt 6:33 --

🙌 Our Father in Heaven, we first pause and Thank You for sending Your Son! -- "Jesus showed us The Father -- Your Nature," Jn 14:9. Thank You for His shed blood on the cross for our sins, His death, burial, resurrection and ascension to pour out the Holy Spirit of Adoption from The Father, by which we call out, Abba, Father, Gal 4:6, proving we are heirs, Gal 4:7, since as many as received Jesus and believed on His Name are called Children of God, John 1:12-13, praying even with the same language as Jesus in crisis for deliverance, and finally to submit to His will over our own, Mark 14:36. Thank You Jesus for being The Way to have and experience relationship with God and true fellowship with other believers, and power to witness so others may have the same fellowship, 1 John 1:1-3. 🙏 May Your Name get honor through our thoughts, words, speech, actions and reactions. May Your Kingdom come to us & through us with fruit of The Holy Spirit from love ---> self-control, truth, humility & justice, contentment, doing justly, loving mercy and walking humbly with God. May our whole lives be increasingly lived to please You, knowing the Trinity, living in Your presence moment by moment, and making You known as a by product, rejoicing in trials and weakness, as well as power demonstrations when it gives You glory, Mt 28:19-20, Rom 1:5, Rom 15:18. May we abide in Christ, with freedom to pray, and power to bear fruit, thereby making disciples, and thus proving we are disciples, John 15:7-8, 1 Cor 9:2, 2 Cor 3:2-3, specifically by going, preaching faith in Jesus suffering and dying for our sins, repentance, baptism, forgiveness of sins and obedience to all that He commanded, being witnesses to these facts under His authority, commission by this union with Jesus through The Holy Spirit, Mark 16:15-16, Luke 24:46-48, Matt 28:19-20, John 20:21, Acts 1:8.
<——————-———————🙏——————--————————>
Give us each day our daily bread: Spiritual -- we can't live by bread alone but every Word of God, Deut 8:3, Matt 4:4, Meet our emotional, social and physical needs so we can love You with all our heart, soul, mind, will, emotions, physical strength and finances, Mk 12:30, and our neighbors, even strangers and even enemies, Matt 5:44, as ourselves, Mk 12:31. We confess we've sinned against You and others, receive forgiveness & pray for those who sin against us, asking they'd repent and be saved. Keep us from temptation, sin, evil, evil people and the evil one, Lk 11:4, Mat 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, Jn 17:15. Angelic protection, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You for hearing, Mk 11:24, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We come before our Heavenly Father with hearts full of gratitude for the model of prayer our Lord Jesus Christ provided in Matthew 6:9-13. This pattern prayer is not merely a recitation but a framework that aligns our hearts with God’s will, priorities, and kingdom purposes. It begins with reverence for the Father’s name, surrender to His kingdom, and submission to His will—just as Jesus taught us. We are reminded in Matthew 6:33 to "seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness," trusting that all our needs will be added unto us as we prioritize Him above all else.

Your request reflects a deep desire to personalize this prayer, making it a living conversation with our Father rather than a rote exercise. This is a beautiful and biblical approach, for prayer is the lifeline of our relationship with God. As we lift our voices together, let us first acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His shed blood that we are forgiven and brought near to God (Ephesians 2:13).

Let us pray together, personalizing the Lord’s Prayer with hearts surrendered to His will:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. We praise You for Your holiness, majesty, and unfailing love. Thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to reveal Your nature to us and to bridge the gap between sinful humanity and Your perfect righteousness. We are in awe of the sacrifice He made on the cross, bearing the weight of our sins so that we might be reconciled to You. Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit, who testifies within us that we are Your children, heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:16-17).

Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Father, we long to see Your kingdom manifest in our lives and through us. May the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—overflow from us as we walk in obedience to Your Word. Help us to live lives that reflect Your truth, humility, and justice, and to make You known in all we do. May our lives be a testament to Your power, whether in times of trial or in moments of blessing, so that others may see Your glory and be drawn to You.

Give us this day our daily bread. Lord, we trust You to provide for all our needs—spiritual, emotional, and physical. Feed us with Your Word, for man does not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from Your mouth (Matthew 4:4). Strengthen us to love You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:30-31). Help us to extend grace and mercy even to those who oppose us, just as You have commanded (Matthew 5:44).

Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. Father, we confess that we have sinned against You and against others. We ask for Your forgiveness, knowing that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Soften our hearts to forgive those who have wronged us, just as You have forgiven us. May we be quick to repent, quick to extend grace, and quick to seek reconciliation, for Your Word tells us that if we do not forgive others, neither will our Father forgive our trespasses (Matthew 6:15).

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Father, we recognize our weakness and our need for Your protection. Guard our hearts and minds from the schemes of the evil one, and strengthen us to resist temptation. Surround us with Your angels, who are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14). Deliver us from evil and evil people, and keep us steadfast in Your truth.

For Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. We declare that all glory, honor, and praise belong to You, Father. May Your name be exalted in our lives and in the world around us. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

As we walk in this pattern of prayer, let us also remember that our lives must align with the truths we profess. If we are to seek first God’s kingdom, we must examine our hearts and ensure that our relationships, priorities, and actions reflect His will. Marriage, as ordained by God, is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If you are pursuing a relationship, let it be with the intention of honoring God and seeking a spouse who shares your faith in Jesus Christ. Flee from sexual immorality, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Let your courtship be marked by purity, self-control, and a shared commitment to God’s design for marriage.

If you are struggling with sin, whether in thought or deed, we encourage you to repent and seek the Lord’s forgiveness. His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Walk in the light, as He is in the light, and the blood of Jesus will cleanse you from all sin (1 John 1:7).

Finally, let us never forget that prayer is not a one-way conversation but a dialogue with our Heavenly Father. As we pour out our hearts to Him, let us also listen for His voice, whether through His Word, the prompting of the Holy Spirit, or the counsel of godly believers. May we be a people who not only pray but also live out the truths we proclaim, shining as lights in a dark world until the day of Christ’s return.

Dear friends in Christ,

As we come before our Heavenly Father, let us pause and thank Him for His unfailing love and faithfulness. Let us also thank Him for the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross to save us from our sins and rose again to give us new life. Let us thank Him for the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us, testifying to our adoption as children of God.

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

Now, let us personalize our prayer, asking for our specific needs and the needs of those around us. Let us also intercede for our brothers and sisters in Christ, both near and far, remembering them before the throne of grace. And let us not forget to praise and worship our Lord, for He is worthy of all honor, glory, and praise.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
