πŸ“– "Pray, then, in this way (Or using this outline, in accord with this pattern[1])... πŸ™Œ β€˜Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom Come! Your Will be done, On Earth as it is in Heaven!”

πŸ™"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

[1] Since Jesus' Prayer He taught us was a form, outline, summary of topics, or "pattern prayer;" Teachers, scholars, theologians, pastors, and lovers of God throughout the ages (from all denominations and sides within the Bride of Christ) have suggested various personal outlines and patterns -- many having been studied and most have a consensus of what is revealed, from which the following has been derived [and condensed])...

Lord's Prayer, Personalized: πŸ™Œ Praise to The Father, Petitions Regarding His Name, Kingdom and Will; πŸ™ Then Our Needs are Added, Provision, Our Relationship to God and Others, and Protection from Temptation to Sin, evil and the evil one himself, Matt 6:9-13; Matt 6:33 --

πŸ™Œ Our Father in Heaven, we first pause and Thank You for sending Your Son! -- "Jesus showed us The Father -- Your Nature," Jn 14:9. Thank You for His shed blood on the cross for our sins, His death, burial, resurrection and ascension to pour out the Holy Spirit of Adoption from The Father, by which we call out, Abba, Father, Gal 4:6, proving we are heirs, Gal 4:7, since as many as received Jesus and believed on His Name are called Children of God, John 1:12-13, praying even with the same language as Jesus in crisis for deliverance, and finally to submit to His will over our own, Mark 14:36. Thank You Jesus for being The Way to have and experience relationship with God and true fellowship with other believers, and power to witness so others may have the same fellowship, 1 John 1:1-3. πŸ™ May Your Name get honor through our thoughts, words, speech, actions and reactions. May Your Kingdom come to us & through us with fruit of The Holy Spirit from love ---> self-control, truth, humility & justice, contentment, doing justly, loving mercy and walking humbly with God. May our whole lives be increasingly lived to please You, knowing the Trinity, living in Your presence moment by moment, and making You known as a by product, rejoicing in trials and weakness, as well as power demonstrations when it gives You glory, Mt 28:19-20, Rom 1:5, Rom 15:18. May we abide in Christ, with freedom to pray, and power to bear fruit, thereby making disciples, and thus proving we are disciples, John 15:7-8, 1 Cor 9:2, 2 Cor 3:2-3, specifically by going, preaching faith in Jesus suffering and dying for our sins, repentance, baptism, forgiveness of sins and obedience to all that He commanded, being witnesses to these facts under His authority, commission by this union with Jesus through The Holy Spirit, Mark 16:15-16, Luke 24:46-48, Matt 28:19-20, John 20:21, Acts 1:8.

Give us each day our daily bread: Spiritual -- we can't live by bread alone but every Word of God, Deut 8:3, Matt 4:4, Meet our emotional, social and physical needs so we can love You with all our heart, soul, mind, will, emotions, physical strength and finances, Mk 12:30, and our neighbors, even strangers and even enemies, Matt 5:44, as ourselves, Mk 12:31. We confess we've sinned against You and others, receive forgiveness & pray for those who sin against us, asking they'd repent and be saved. Keep us from temptation, sin, evil, evil people and the evil one, Lk 11:4, Mat 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, Jn 17:15. Angelic protection, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You for hearing, Mk 11:24, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

We come before our Heavenly Father with hearts full of gratitude for the model of prayer our Lord Jesus Christ gave us in Matthew 6:9-13. This pattern teaches us to first seek God’s glory, His kingdom, and His will before presenting our own needs. It is a humbling reminder that our lives should align with His purposes, not our own desires. The Lord’s Prayer is not merely a recitation but a framework for a life surrendered to God, where we acknowledge His holiness, submit to His authority, and trust in His provision.

We are especially mindful of the call to seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, as Jesus commands in Matthew 6:33. When we prioritize His will, all other thingsβ€”our needs, our relationships, our daily breadβ€”are added unto us. This is not a promise of ease, but of divine order, where our lives reflect the values of heaven here on earth. We are to live as ambassadors of Christ, bearing the fruit of the Spirit in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). These are not optional traits but the evidence of a life transformed by the Holy Spirit.

Let us also remember that prayer is not a one-way conversation but a dialogue with the living God. Jesus taught us to approach the Father with boldness, yet with reverence, for He is holy. We are to come as children, adopted into His family through the blood of Christ, calling out "Abba, Father" (Galatians 4:6). This intimacy is only possible because of Jesus, who is the way, the truth, and the lifeβ€”no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If we do not acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, we cannot truly pray in a way that aligns with God’s will. Salvation is found in no other name, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

As we lift up our needs, we must also examine our hearts. Are we harboring unforgiveness toward others? Jesus makes it clear that if we do not forgive those who sin against us, our Father will not forgive us (Matthew 6:14-15). Unforgiveness is a chain that binds us, but the blood of Jesus has the power to break every chain. We must also guard our hearts against temptation, for the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8). We are not ignorant of his schemes, and we must put on the full armor of God to stand firm (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Now, let us pray together in the manner our Lord taught us, personalizing it with the truths of Scripture:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. We praise You for who You areβ€”the Creator of all things, the King of kings, and the Lord of lords. Your name is holy, and we ask that it would be honored in our lives, in our words, and in our actions. Let Your kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We surrender our plans, our dreams, and our desires to You, trusting that Your ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).

Father, we thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. Through His sacrifice, we have been reconciled to You and adopted into Your family. We are no longer slaves to sin but heirs of Your kingdom (Romans 8:17). Help us to live as children of light, bearing fruit in every good work (Ephesians 5:8-9). May our lives reflect Your love, Your truth, and Your righteousness, so that others may see Christ in us.

Lord, we ask for our daily breadβ€”both physical and spiritual. Provide for our needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Feed us with Your Word, that we may grow in wisdom and understanding (Colossians 3:16). Meet our emotional and social needs so that we may love You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:30-31). Help us to forgive those who have wronged us, just as You have forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32). Search our hearts, O God, and know our thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in us, and lead us in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24).

Father, we ask for Your protection. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Guard our hearts and minds from the schemes of the enemy (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Send Your angels to encamp around us and protect us from harm (Psalm 91:11). Strengthen us to resist sin and to walk in purity, for we know that the one who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

Let us also remember that prayer is not the end but the beginning. We must walk in obedience to God’s Word, trusting that He hears us and will answer according to His perfect will. If there are areas in our lives that do not align with Scriptureβ€”whether in our relationships, our habits, or our prioritiesβ€”we must repent and turn away from them. God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

For those who may be struggling in their relationships, we must emphasize the biblical standard for marriage and courtship. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Any relationship outside of this designβ€”whether premarital sex, cohabitation without marriage, or same-sex relationshipsβ€”is contrary to God’s Word and brings harm to those involved. We must flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and pursue holiness, for without it, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). If you are in a relationship that does not honor God, we urge you to seek His forgiveness and turn away from sin. God’s grace is sufficient to restore and redeem, but we must walk in obedience to His commands.

Finally, let us encourage one another to persevere in prayer, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16). We are not alone in this journeyβ€”we are part of the body of Christ, called to bear one another’s burdens and to spur each other on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24). May we fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2). In His name, we pray. Amen.

Dear friends, let's continue to pray in the name of Jesus. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. We thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. We thank you for the gift of your Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again to give us new life. Help us to live in a way that pleases you, bearing fruit in every good work. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
