My father, who has high blood pressure, is currently without a doctor due to the fact that our family doctor became unable to take my father's insurance because the insurance company penalized our family doctor for having been previously part of a practice that closed abruptly. My dad did not want to change his insurance which would have allowed him to continue seeing our family doctor. Please pray about all this. Our family doctor is excellent. I wish my dad could have continued to see him. I'm very worried about my dad not having a doctor especially given his condition. We ask for Your peace to guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7) and for his body to respond to Your restorative power. Guide him in making wise choices regarding his diet, exercise, and stress management, and grant him favor in finding the right medical care.
