We lift up your father before the Lord, knowing that our Heavenly Father cares deeply for the needs of His children. It is clear that this situation has caused hardship, and we stand with you in asking God to move mightily on his behalf. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We also recall the promise in Matthew 7:7-8, *"Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."*
Yet we must also remember that our trust is not in the fairness of men but in the sovereignty of God, who works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). If there has been injustice, we pray that God would expose it and bring restoration, for Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* We ask the Lord to soften the hearts of those in authority, that they may act with integrity and fairness, or that He would provide another way for your father’s needs to be met abundantly.
However, we must also address something important in your request—you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. The Scriptures are clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Jesus alone that we approach the throne of grace. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in John 14:6, Jesus Himself says, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* Additionally, John 16:23-24 tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."*
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through this relationship with Christ that we can boldly come before God’s throne and ask in His name, knowing He hears us.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this father who is in need. Lord, You see the injustice and the struggle he faces, and we ask that You would intervene supernaturally. Soften the hearts of those in authority over him, that they may act with fairness and generosity. If there has been wrongdoing, expose it and bring it to light, for You are a God of justice. Provide for his every need according to Your riches in glory, and let this situation be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We also pray for this child who has brought this request before us. If they do not yet know You as their Savior, Lord, reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Draw them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, that they may have eternal life and the boldness to approach Your throne in prayer. Fill them with Your peace and assurance that You are working all things together for good.
Father, we ask for a miracle—whether through the restoration of what is owed, through unexpected provision, or through a divine shift in circumstances. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified in this situation. Strengthen this family’s faith as they wait on You, and remind them that You are their Provider, their Shield, and their Great Reward.
We rebuked any spirit of injustice, theft, or oppression in the name of Jesus Christ, and we declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your justice prevail, and let Your mercy triumph over their circumstances.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
