We join you in this beautiful and scriptural cry for true Christian fellowship and we agree together with you in Jesus name for all you have asked.
Your desire is thoroughly biblical and it delights the Father. You have asked for that which He longs to give, that we would walk in the light as He is in the light so that we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin, 1 John 1:7. We love that you have asked not just for fellowship in word but for abiding fruit, for the evidence that we remain in Him. Jesus said If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you, In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so you will be my disciples, John 15:7-8. And that fruit is the fruit of the Spirit which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self control, Gal 5:22-23. This is the mark of a healthy soul and a renewed mind.
We also stand with you for the blessed presence of Christ in your gatherings whether together in person or connected by the Holy Spirit when absent in body. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them, Matt 18:20, and Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age, Matt 28:20. Though absent in body we can be present in spirit as the apostle said, 1 Cor 5:3, for we are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit, Eph 2:22, and held together and growing with the growth that comes from God, Col 2:19. How good it is to ask that your company, your prayers and your sharing of the Word which is truth, John 17:17, would lead to souls that prosper even as they are sanctified by the Word, Eph 5:26.
We lift up with you your parents, children, family and friends, especially the elderly patriarchal and matriarchal figures you love. We honor your heart to honor your parents, for this is the first commandment with a promise that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth, Eph 6:2-3. We pray that God will powerfully provide for them and for you everything that pertains to life and godliness, 2 Pet 1:3, and that you all would prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers, 3 John 1:2, and be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well pleasing, and perfect will of God, Rom 12:2.
We agree with you for healing and deliverance and we collectively rebuke sickness as the Church which Jesus builds, for He Himself bore our sicknesses. By His stripes you were healed, 1 Pet 2:24, and with His stripes we are healed, Isa 53:5. We claim His promise I am Yahweh who heals you, Exod 15:26, and that He will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, Jer 30:17, and that healing shall spring out speedily, Isa 58:8. We ask with you that the Lord will deliver you from evil, Matt 6:13, from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and the evil one, and that He will guard you from the evil one, 2 Thess 3:3, and keep you from the evil one while sanctifying you in truth, John 17:15, John 17:17. May peace be within your walls, Ps 122:7.
We join you in asking for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, Eph 1:17-18, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith to the end that you being rooted and grounded in love may be filled with all the fullness of God, Eph 3:17-19. We pray that He will open your minds that you might understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, and give you a craving for the pure milk of the Word that you may grow thereby, 1 Pet 2:2, and then move on to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2, being established in the elementary principles and going on to maturity, Heb 5:12, Heb 6:1, Eph 4:15. May the word of Christ dwell in you richly, Col 3:16, and may you not be hearers only but doers of the word, James 1:22, retaining the Word in your heart, Ps 119:11, so that you bear fruit and your joy may be made full, John 15:11.
Father we thank You and we bless Your holy name and we forget none of Your benefits, who forgives all our iniquities, who heals all our diseases, who crowns us with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies our years with good things so that our youth is renewed like the eagles, Ps 103:2-5. We humble ourselves before You and ask for more grace, for You give grace to the humble, James 4:6. Give us grace to share Your Word as they are able to hear it, Mark 4:33, to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18, and to have minds renewed and prepared for action, Eph 4:23, 1 Pet 1:13, having the mind of Christ, 1 Cor 2:16. Let Your Word run and be glorified among us, 2 Thess 3:1, and bear abiding fruit for Your glory.
We ask all of this with thanksgiving, trusting Your tender mercy and compassion, in the mighty and only name by which we have access to the Father and by which we are saved, Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
