I pray, that he will make YOU, the center & foundation of his life. Help him Lord God, to submit his mind, emotions, desires & life to You & to surrender all worldly desires & temptations of the flesh & submit his will to the "WILL" of God. Remind him Lord God, that he was wonderfully & fearfully made & that You have called him to be a Godly man, Upright & Righteous Spiritual Leader & that he was made in YOUR image.
