My Loving Heavenly Father. Today, I Pray For My Grandmother Whose Health Has Suffered So Much For So Many Years. Father, Today I Ask You To Give Heaven To The Soul of My Grandmother. I Understand She is Old Now And Her Chances of Survival Are Much Less. So, Father, I Ask You, I Pray To You, Please, Do Not Let Her Soul Go The The Hell. I Cry Before You, She Has Suffered So Much in This Life. May Your Grace Surround Her Now. May She Come To You, in Heaven. Please Father, Help Her. Do Not Let Her Soul Go To Hell. May Your Blessings Be upon Her. In Jesus Name, Amen.

God all I have asked of You in this prayer, do the same for the writer of the prayer, those I love, and care about.   God forever honor this prayer over each of our lives today and for always. Remember: Pray without ceasing.   Pray constantly.  Pray persistently.  But whatever you do,  Do Not  Ever Stop Praying. (1 Thess. 5:17).
