Father, please heal my back and remove ...
We understand that you are going through a challenging time, ###, and we want to lift you up in prayer. The Bible tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord" (James 5:14 WEB). Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus for healing is evident, and we commend you for that.

He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing." Trust in His love and care for you, ###.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's face in this time. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8 WEB). Keep praying and trusting in the name of Jesus, for there is power in His name.
