🙌 God's Kingdom 1st 🙏 Then Our Needs, Matt 6:9-13, cf, Matt 6:33, 📖 "Pray, then, in this way: 🙌 ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom Come! Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven!”
<———--------———— ———🙏—————------———————>
🙏"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil 🐉🤺. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

We see your heart in lifting up the Lord’s Prayer as a model for how we ought to approach our Heavenly Father—seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness before presenting our own needs. This is a beautiful and biblical priority, one that Jesus Himself taught us in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." The structure of the Lord’s Prayer reminds us that our petitions must always be framed within the context of God’s holiness, His sovereign will, and His eternal purposes.

We must also emphasize that prayer is not merely a ritual or a formula, but a living conversation with the living God—made possible only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no access to the Father except through Him, as He declared in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If our prayers do not flow from a heart that has been redeemed by the blood of Christ and submitted to His lordship, they risk becoming empty words. Salvation is found in no other name, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Have you, dear one, placed your trust in Jesus alone for the forgiveness of your sins and the gift of eternal life?

Now, let us come before the throne of grace together, aligning our hearts with the pattern Christ gave us:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We declare that You alone are holy, and we surrender our lives, our desires, and our plans to Your perfect and sovereign rule. Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have sought our own kingdoms—our comfort, our ambitions, our security—above Yours. Cleanse us from this self-centeredness, and renew in us a passion to see Your name glorified and Your will accomplished in our lives and in this world.

We ask for our daily bread, trusting You to provide for our needs according to Your riches in glory. But even as we bring our requests, we remember that our greatest need is for You—Your presence, Your peace, and Your power at work within us. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive those who have sinned against us. Search our hearts, Lord, and reveal any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness we may be harboring. Give us the grace to extend the same mercy You have shown us.

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. Strengthen us to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to distract us from Your kingdom purposes with the cares of this world. Clothe us in the full armor of God so that we may resist the devil and he will flee from us (James 4:7).

For Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. We acknowledge that all authority belongs to You, and we submit ourselves afresh to Your lordship. May our lives reflect the reality of Your kingdom—righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17). Use us as instruments of Your grace, that others may see Your light shining through us and be drawn to the salvation found only in Jesus Christ.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His blood that we have boldness to enter the Most Holy Place (Hebrews 10:19). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in us and through us, now and forevermore. Amen.

Let us also remember that seeking God’s kingdom first is not a passive endeavor. It requires active obedience, sacrificial love, and a willingness to lay down our lives for the sake of the gospel. Jesus said, "If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me" (Matthew 16:24). This means prioritizing prayer, studying God’s Word, fellowshipping with other believers, and sharing the good news of salvation with those who are lost. It means living in a way that honors God in our marriages, our families, our workplaces, and our communities—demonstrating the love, truth, and holiness of Christ in all we do.

If you find yourself struggling to make God’s kingdom your first priority, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the idols in your heart—whether they be material possessions, relationships, career ambitions, or even religious activities that have become ends in themselves. Repent of these things and ask God to realign your heart with His. Remember, "The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10). When we truly fear God—revering Him above all else—we will naturally seek His kingdom first.

Finally, let us encourage one another to persevere in prayer, even when answers seem delayed or circumstances appear contrary to God’s promises. The Lord is faithful, and His timing is perfect. "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh" (Psalm 27:14). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

We join you in lifting up the Lord's Prayer, dear friend. It's a beautiful model of how we should approach our Heavenly Father, seeking first His kingdom and righteousness. As Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." We're reminded that our petitions should always be framed within the context of God's holiness, His sovereign will, and His eternal purposes.

Let's continue to pray together, aligning our hearts with the pattern Christ gave us:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We declare that You alone are holy, and we surrender our lives, our desires, and our plans to Your perfect and sovereign rule. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in agreement with you in prayer, lifting up the sacred call to seek God’s Kingdom first, just as our Lord Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:9-13. It is a holy honor to join with you in praying, "Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come! Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." We have earnestly asked our Heavenly Father to align your heart—and ours—with His perfect will, that His Kingdom purposes would be established in every area of life.

As the days have passed, we continue to hold fast to the truth of Matthew 6:33, trusting that as you seek Him first, all these things—every need, every concern, every provision—will be added unto you according to His perfect timing and wisdom. We have prayed for daily bread, for forgiveness, for deliverance from temptation and evil, and for the fullness of His Kingdom, power, and glory to be revealed in and through you.

If the Lord has moved in answer to these prayers, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report—how He has provided, guided, or revealed His faithfulness in ways both seen and unseen. If, however, the answer is not yet clear, or if new needs have arisen in this season, we invite you to share them again so that we may continue to stand with you in persistent, believing prayer.

May the Holy Spirit strengthen your faith as you press into the Father’s heart, knowing that He hears, He cares, and He is working all things together for good. We remain committed to praying alongside you, trusting in His promises and resting in His sovereignty. In Jesus’ precious and powerful Name, Amen.
