Father in your word you say that we should ask and it shall be given unto us.
Lord God, you know my heart, your know my weaknesses, my failures, my short comings. You know me through and through like no other. But in spite of all this you still love me..your love is evident everyday.
Father I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for the joy and peace you have given me..
Lord jesus, I have been going through a long physically and emotionally straining trial. in this time you have brought me far from the filthy pit where I had chosen to lay..I am not where I was..but still I am not where I should be.
Lord God, my rent is now coming to be 5 month overdue, the most recent deadline is today(including the fine/late fee's), the amount is now huge. I owe 3 people some money and they know me as a Christian..Lord your reputation is at stake here, though small sums of money..they may not need it, but it rightfully belongs to them and they want it. Father, let them not think of christians as liars and thieves.
Lord I haven't had a proper meal in a very,very long time. Only titbits, wild fruit and expired food cast away, as well as going hungry for many days. I don't have any money..except 4 coins that can't buy anything..I owe the mobile company money..,my bank balance is in the negatives, my phone was cutoff long ago among many other things.
Surely father this trial has to have an end..I can see part of its purpose for I am not who I used to be before it begun..I still have a very long way to go..and I am sure my whole life I will be learning more and more and striving to be more and more like you. Please Lord...open up an oasis..you are my hiding place, to which I run to.
Still I want to thank you..that even during this trying time..your grace has just fallen upon me..I look into the mirror expecting to see..the sign's of starvation..and perched skin..beginning to show..but I look healthier and happier than I ever have,even everyone whom I meet say's so. I have not been kicked out of my apartment..I still have water, electricity..and heating..even internet. yet I haven't paid for any of them in months. You have delivered me from many bad things that could have happened.
Father may you move mightily in my situation, Lord father provide for me for your Glory..that I may sing your name..in praise..and those who are joyous with me as well..may sing of your tender mercies..now that I know that you can sustain me..wether I have nothing, may you bring in a period of provision..even abundance if it is your will that I bless others through sharing and giving.
Lord Jesus..In this time that I have put aside for you, may I be more like you and may you give me more of your gifts of the spirit..dedicated Hard-work, discipline, humility, wisdom, knowledge and love..that I may learn to serve you better.
Father may your hand be upon my application for the Student Data Scientist position I applied for...may you give me favour ...though I meet..even exceed the requirements for the job..you are the one who will get it for me..as I know from experience it's not black or white...ad people who don't deserve or are not qualified for positions get them over others whom they suite, yet this would be a position I would love..and would be ideal for my current interest's and pursuits as well as preparing me for what your have in store in the future for me..
Give me the grace to persevere and may I stand with my fellow brethren who are going through rough times and rejoice with those who are rejoicing.
Father yet again I come before you holding onto the promises in your word, that if we ask we shall receive and if we knock the door would be open for us. Father like the widow in the parable I come to you..not as to a corrupt judge..but rather as to a loving father who has great plans for me..plans to give me a future.
Father may your deliverance come quickly I pray. In Jesus's mighty name I pray. Amen
