Father, I come asking you to strengthen my family. It seems like my ex-husband is trying to turn my children against me, Lord please don't let him be successful. Bless my kids with knowledge and understanding to see what he is doing. Lord let my son forgive me and his father; he has been caught in the middle of me and his father. I can see how much this hurts him and is tearing him up. I love my kids and I don't want to see them hurt, Lord I ask you to help me with this situation. Lord I ask you to help me fix this situation; it has gone on long enough. Give me the strength that I need to do what I need to do. I ask you to rebuke the devil, bind him, and let him get out of my home; he is not wanted. Let my ex move out and get his own place; you try to help a person and all they do is down you. Lord thank you for carrying and bringing my kids safely. In Jesus' name, Amen.

18 in everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus to you-ward.( in everything means everything. We do not thank Him "for" the situation, but we give thanks to Him during any situation. It keeps our focus on the Lord. It works)
19 Quench not the Spirit; (We quench the Spirit when we take our focus off the Lord and focus on circumstances around us. Jesus has already won a victory over the circumstances but are we willing and able to see that victory manifest?)

22 For they are life unto those that find them, And health to all their flesh.(When the Word is in your heart, it brings life and health to "all" their flesh. Your children are your flesh, your husband is your flesh)
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.( Everything and every answer to any problem are in the Bible/Word and they need to be found and applied)

He is "helping" always and forever in ways that is in His Word. Jesus says He will be with us always, The Word says that God will never leave us nor forsake us. As a believer they live "in us", along with the Holy Spirit. They are in every situation we are in. Through Jesus, God has given us the power to rebuke satan and to loose and bind here on earth, through our words, just like Jesus. Jesus did not ask the Father to bind any evil spirits or to rebuke the devil.. We are the representatives of Jesus here on earth now. Wherever we are and in whatever situation we are to do the same things Jesus did, in the name of Jesus, to say the same things He did, and to do the same things He did.
