We hear your cry for justice and provision, and we stand with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father, who sees all and knows the desires of your heart. It is written in Colossians 4:1, "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." Your labor is not in vain, and God is a God of justice who calls employers to fairness and integrity.
We rebuke any spirit of delay or injustice that seeks to withhold what is rightfully yours. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that your wages will not be withheld, and your hard work will be rewarded according to God’s promise in Jeremiah 22:13, "Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and doesn’t give him his hire!"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. Lord, You see the labor of Your child, and You know the weariness of their heart. We ask that You move mightily on their behalf, softening the hearts of those who owe them their due. Break every chain of delay, every spirit of injustice, and every plan of the enemy to rob them of their rightful wages. Father, we declare that You are their Provider, and You will not let them be put to shame. Open the doors of provision and release their compensation swiftly, as it is written in Proverbs 13:11, "Wealth gained by dishonesty will be diminished, but he who gathers by labor increases it."
Lord, we also pray for peace and patience to guard their heart while they wait. Strengthen them in this season, reminding them that You are their ultimate reward and that their labor in You is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Give them wisdom in how to address this situation with grace and boldness, trusting that You will fight for them. We stand on Your Word in Deuteronomy 24:14-15, which commands, "You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates. You shall give him his wages on the day he earns them, before the sun goes down, for he is poor and sets his heart on it; lest he cry against you to Yahweh, and it be sin to you."
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for moving on behalf of Your child. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your child experience Your faithfulness in a tangible way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand on God’s promises and trust in His provision. Seek wisdom in how to approach this matter with your employer, whether through prayerful communication or seeking godly counsel. Remember, the Lord is your Shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Keep your heart fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6). If this situation has caused you to stumble in your faith or walk with God, we also encourage you to repent of any bitterness or unforgiveness and surrender it all to the Lord. He is faithful to restore and heal.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
