How about this prayer. Say it each morning, noon and evening.
In the name of Jesus, I command all demonic presences and influences in my life and body to leave my life and body, now. I decree and I declare my body shall now be free of all works and presences of the demonic realm. I bless my body and life with the blood of Jesus and the life of God. Thank you Jesus.
Your digestive system is probably reacting to the food you are eating.

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Because you have rejected knowledge,
If you are eating "food?" purchased directly from the grocery store shelves, you are eating poisonous chemicals and stuff without any food value. The USDA food pyramid map of proper "foods" to eat does not work. There are GMO's, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, and synthetic chemicals in the "food" on store shelves. The manufactures are not interested in "your health" but in their bottom line which is profits. The more they can get people to eat their junk the more their profits are. People are walking around obese and overweight because they eat a bunch of stuff without nutrients.
