Father God, please hear my cries. I feel I have no purpose, or meaning. Please Father let me mother a child. That is the big hole I have in my heart. Please Father bring us fertility. I will raise that child to know and love you. I live with deep depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders. Father I know I have a purpose in you. I know I heard your voice tell me I will bear a child. I just don't feel normal. This is the best I have ever had it in life. Thanks to you Lord. However, my mental health is the worst it's ever been. I am even getting help and everything. God I am being tortured. I feel very un-normal. Father I can't go on like this. My appetite is so bad I eat and then a half hour later I am starving like I never ate. God I hate being hungry. Please Father I am in hell. I should be happy. My anxiety is through the roof. I just want to be whole and normal. Please Father take me away if this is how my life is. I am so depressed. God I need your serenity. Forgive me Father because I don't live exactly how the Bible says to. But please hear my cries. Heal me Father. Help me with my struggles with food. Please Father I just want to serve you the best I can, have a family, and be normal. I feel hopeless. I just want to sleep forever because that is my break away from this hell I am in. I know you will never leave or forsake me. Please move mountains in my life. Please I am desperate. Please move in my life.

Lord, High fructose corn syrup will make you feel hungry even while you are eating. It's in a lot of drinks. Please bless Your daughter to see if what she is eating & drinking has it & to stay clear of it. One of the number one causes of depression or worsening depression is dehydration. Guide your daughter to snack on high protein between three & 4 o'clock. It's amazing what a handful of peanuts or cashews can do to boost your mood & kick up your energy levels! Bless her to drink an eight ounce glass of water an hour & eat fruits & veggies & stay clear of carbs after five o'clock. Bless her to start her day with a high protein breakfast as protein helps ward off depression. Bless her Dhea level & be given wisdom as to whether she should take a supplement or not. Bless her to get up & walking to release positive endorphins & adrenaline consistently. Every time she seems to get more blue get her moving Lord. Bless her to remember the scriptures. Don't dwell on the past for the past is dead. And do not worry about tomorrow because it has its own troubles. And that Your grace is renewed each day. In Your name I pray Jesus. Amen.
