Father give me strength at work. I've been stressed, overwhelmed and irritated. I ask you give me the patience to deal with every customer and to breathe between every minute that passes. I pray for ### even though we may not be on great terms, I ask you lift her anger towards me and that you lift my anger towards her, I pray this prayer with all my heart and under the forgiveness of my sins. In Jesus name amen.

God has already given believers the fruit of the spirit, the things you are asking Him for. Asking Him for these things shows an unbelief in His Word, the Bible. God has given you Himself in your new reborn spirit. God has taken up residence in your new spirit, along with Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. The way we get these gifts to operate in our life is to believe in what we already have. Jesus said to let not our heart be troubled and to not fear. He could not command us to decide to not fear and to decide to let not our hearts be troubled if we were unable to do it. It is called "overcoming". We elect and decide to have peace and have faith and belief in God's Word. Our faith does not God but it is our response to Him for providing what He has already given to us through the atonement.

We have the power to bless the people around us. So bless and pray for the people around you who abuse you, and hate you, and curse you. We are not fighting against flesh and blood but against the demonic realm who are influencing people who allow themselves to be used by the demonic realm and come into agreement with the demonic realm.

In the name of Jesus, I bless you and everybody around you.
