Fasting

Good afternoon, I would like if I can get information on fasting. I have heard there is different types of fasting. I have done it before but always felt like was not doing it right in regards to praying, how long, etc. Please help!

The Word tells us Walk in the spirit, and do not fulfill the lasts of the flesh.

So it is it about following certain prescriptions, but living in the spirit.

Personally, I fast all the time. Of course I do take some meals from time to time, but never somethig that my fleshly appetite craves. The Lord leads me.

Whatever you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everythig for the glory of God.
