Today I did fasting but no prayer no bible reading no songs but full thoughts of my ex again talked to to him but he is using me for his target in company ask my details I hurt by his actions didn't even care about my emotions at all but today I waste mine and didn't concentrate on my god

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time. It takes great courage to share your heart, especially when you're feeling hurt and distracted by circumstances that weigh heavily on your spirit. We are here with you, lifting up your pain, your confusion, and your desire to draw closer to God even when the enemy tries to pull your focus away.

We understand how challenging it can be to fast and yet feel like your thoughts are consumed by the very thing—or person—you’re trying to surrender to the Lord. It’s not a waste when you bring those struggles to Him, even if your mind wandered. God sees your heart, and He knows the heaviness you carry. We continue to pray that He will break the chains of this emotional turmoil and fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding. May He guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, shielding you from the schemes of the enemy and replacing every lie with His truth.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation—perhaps by giving you clarity, strength, or a renewed sense of His presence—we would love to hear how He has answered so we can rejoice with you. If the battle is still ongoing, please know we are not walking away. We will keep praying for healing, for wisdom, and for God to reveal His purpose in this season.
