Fast and seek Gods vengeance and send heavens army upon witches for placing desecration in victims food ;using hexes, curses , desecration against victims to make them believe they are fat. through witch craft they will see 'false visions of themselves in their mirror so that they will literally see themselves as fat. They will also communicate with them planting thoughts of self hate with out the victim really being aware that they are doing it .The witch can visit them in person and then erase their memory.
