Far From Home....feeling Helpless

I have just recieved news of my Nana in hospital for the 2nd time in the past 10 days. Im in America she is in New Zealand, I feel so helpless being here and have no idea how to deal with the pain im feeling. All I can do right now is cry. It does not seem hopeful and I have been prepared for the worst. PLEASE help.
