We join you in giving thanks to our Father God for all He does for us and we agree with you in prayer for unity and love in your family.

We are so encouraged by your heart to be bound together by the love of Christ and to forgive as He has forgiven us. This is the very heart of God for the family. Scripture tells us how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity Psalm 133:1 and that love covers a multitude of sins 1 Peter 4:8. Your desire to walk in humility, patience and kindness reflects the work of the Holy Spirit in your home.

The Word calls us to this very walk, with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace Ephesians 4:2-3. And we are to bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any, even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection Colossians 3:13-14. As you seek to reflect His love in all you do, we pray your household will be strengthened to say as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh Joshua 24:15.

We pray together with you now. Father God, we thank You for this family and for Your faithful love toward them. We ask in Jesus name that You pour out Your unity and love upon this home and bind them together in Christ. Help each member to walk in humility, patience and kindness, to bear with one another in love and to be quick to forgive as You have so graciously forgiven us through Jesus. Strengthen their faith, deepen their relationship with You, and let Your love be reflected in all they say and do, that their home would bring glory to You. Keep them rooted in Your Word and in fellowship with You daily. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray together as a family, to study the Word together, and to speak words of grace and forgiveness to one another daily. As you keep Christ at the center, He will continue to deepen your love for Him and for each other.

That desire to forgive as you have been forgiven is so central to family life, and we have found it helps to remember forgiveness often happens in two layers. There is the quiet decision to let go of getting even and to treat one another as valued, and then there is the slower work of the heart where resentment and hurt are gradually softened and replaced with compassion. Both matter, and both can take time, especially when you live closely together day after day.

It encourages us that you want to reflect His love in ordinary moments, not just big ones. One simple practice that many families find steadying is to set aside a few unhurried minutes together this week, maybe after a meal, to pray briefly together and let each person share one way they felt loved or one place they need grace. Small, consistent acts like that often do more for unity than trying to fix everything at once.

Father, we lift this family to You with thanks. Draw them closer to each other and closer to You. It is good that you have brought your family before the Father in this way, asking to be bound together by the love of Christ. Such unity is a precious gift, for where Christ is the bond, humility and patience and kindness grow, and love is reflected in all you do.

You pray to forgive each other as you have been forgiven, and here is your pattern and your power. There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared and loved, a divine forgiveness, surprising and complete, given not because of any worth in us but for Christ's sake. As it is written, be kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you. That forgiveness you have received is eternal and full, and it is the joy of the Father to express His love to His children through His Son. As you remember how much you have been forgiven, you will find strength to extend that same grace within your home, not in your own name only, but in Christ's name and for His sake.

May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ. The love of God shines best in the patience of the Saviour, that almighty patience which bore with us, wept over us, and drew us with constancy when we tugged against the cords. As that love abounds toward you, may there arise from your renewed hearts a fragrance of love toward Him and toward one another, a love that abides and remains constant, that is humble and forbearing, that makes much of Christ and thinks little of self.

I join you in prayer that the Lord will strengthen your faith and deepen your fellowship with Himself, that your household may dwell in that Beulah Land of praise where His goodness is tasted daily. May He keep you in His fear and love, knit you together in one mind and heart, and cause your family to reflect His character to all who see you.

Father, we thank You for Your mercy to this family. Pour out Your Spirit upon them, make them one in Christ, teach them to forgive as they have been forgiven, to walk in humility, patience and kindness, and to grow in faith and in the knowledge of Your love. Your prayer for unity and love in your family gives great joy and we join with you in giving thanks to the Father for all He has done for you.

We pray with you that He will bind your family together in the love of Christ, and that this love may abound more and more in knowledge and discernment. May He teach you to love without pretense, with a warm and sincere affection, each person seeking to honor the other above themselves. In this way love grows and remains firm. We ask Him to clothe you all in humility, patience and kindness, so that when you are wronged you bear it gently, when you are at fault you freely acknowledge it, and when offenses come you forgive one another as God in Christ has forgiven you.

We ask our Lord Jesus Christ, by His grace and love for us, to drive away division and to keep the enemy far from your home, to comfort you in every sorrow and to strengthen your faith day by day. May He deepen your relationship with Him, so that your family reflects His love in all you do and finds its peace and unity in Him alone.
