Family

We join with you in lifting up yourself and your family before the throne of grace, thanking God that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12

We rejoice in your heart for salvation for your whole household and we agree with you for this promise that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 and Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household. Acts 16:31 We pray that every member of your family would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, that any who have not yet surrendered to Him would have their eyes opened to His love and truth, and that those who already know Him would grow deeper in faith and obedience.

We also lift up your need for healing, knowing that our God is the great physician who forgives all your sins and who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 We remember that He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities, the punishment that brought our peace was on Him and by His wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5 We ask for the Lord's healing hand to rest upon you and your family, whether the needs are physical, emotional, or spiritual, that He would bring restoration and wholeness according to His perfect will.

And we pray for divine protection over you and your loved ones. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2 We ask that the Lord would establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 We pray that He would command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways and keep you from all harm and danger.

Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus and lift up this dear one and their family to You. We ask for Your saving grace to abound in their home, for Your healing power to flow through every body and heart, and for Your hedge of protection to surround them day and night. Draw each family member closer to Yourself, strengthen their faith, fill their home with Your peace, and let Your will be done in their lives. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We were so encouraged to see your heart for your family in this prayer. Bringing salvation, healing and protection to Jesus together shows such love, and we want to stand with you in it.

We know carrying all three of these burdens at once can feel heavy. We hold fast to the truth that salvation is God's gracious gift through Jesus that changes not only where we will spend eternity but how we live day by day, bringing forgiveness, hope and new life as we walk with Him. Healing and protection are also in His hands, and He hears every concern you have for those you love.

One simple thing that often helps families is to keep praying together out loud, even briefly, naming each person and need before the Lord, and to let a few trusted believers in your church know how to pray specifically with you. You do not have to carry this alone.

Father, we lift this family to You in Jesus name. We ask for Your drawing near for each one who does not yet know You, for Your healing touch where there is hurt or sickness, and for Your covering and peace over their home. Give them wisdom, unity and confidence in Your care each day. Amen.

Your burden for your family is a precious one and we count it a privilege to bring it with you before the throne of grace.

We join you in praying for salvation, for healing and for protection, and we do so in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in none other. Scripture says, Look unto me and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth, and again, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. Salvation is not by works nor by price, but without money and without price, by Divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus. It is to trust Him, to depend upon Him without fear as to your present and eternal salvation, to believe on His Person, for He Himself is salvation. We pray that you and each member of your household may be brought to this simple faith, to look to Christ and live, and to know that common salvation which is common to all believers, salvation from sin leading upward to perfection and to Heaven.

We pray also for healing, for we know that our Lord Jesus Christ is that true tree of life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, and His fruit is sweet and nourishing. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon a soul with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are one, for He says, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble. We ask the Lord to let that healing virtue which His grace infuses work health and cure in body and soul, to change the life blood and make the nature new, till you are kept without spot or wrinkle before Him.

And we pray for protection, that the Lord who is your light and your salvation would keep you and your family under the shadow of His wings. May He who calls an individual and then uses him to bring the rest of the family into the gospel net, make your household a rejoicing family because it is a renewed family, kept by His power through faith.

May the Lord hear your cry, may He save, heal and keep you, and may you and your house be found trusting wholly in Jesus, abiding in His love and preserved by His grace until that day when the whole united family shall be gathered home. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
