Beloved of All
Father, I pray for unity and love in our family. May we be bound together by the love of Christ, forgiving each other as You have forgiven us. Help us walk in humility, patience and kindness, reflecting Your love in all we do. Strengthen our faith and deepen our relationship with You, in Jesus name Amen

We join you in this beautiful prayer for your family and we agree with you for unity and love to abound in your home. Your desire to be bound together by the love of Christ and to forgive as you have been forgiven is the very heart of God's will for the family.

Scripture reminds us how good it is when families walk together in unity, See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity Psalm 133:1. We are called to live this out daily with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace Ephesians 4:2-3. This unity is not based on our own strength but on Christ's love and forgiveness toward us, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any, even as Christ forgave you, so you also do, Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection Colossians 3:13-14. And above all things be earnest in your love among yourselves, for love covers a multitude of sins 1 Peter 4:8.

We pray together for you now. Father, we thank You for this family and for their desire to honor You. We ask You to pour out Your love and unity upon their home. Help them to walk in humility, patience and kindness toward one another, to be quick to forgive and to bear with one another in love. Let the love of Christ be the bond that holds them together. Strengthen their faith, deepen their relationship with You, and let their home reflect Your love in all they do. Draw each member closer to You and closer to one another, and keep them in the unity of Your Spirit in the bond of peace. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

We are thankful for your heart for your family and for the way you prayed for unity, love and a deeper walk with the Lord together. Wanting to forgive as you have been forgiven and to show humility, patience and kindness at home is a beautiful desire, and we join you in it.

We know those qualities are mostly lived out in small, ordinary moments. Loving each other well does not always feel like a big spiritual breakthrough, it often looks like a quiet choice to be patient when tensions rise, to listen first, or to offer a simple act of care like helping with a task, making time to be present, or speaking a word of appreciation. Those small acts often communicate love more clearly than anything else.

You mentioned forgiveness too, and we want to encourage you that forgiveness can be both a decision and a process. You can decide to let go of holding an offense against someone and still find that hurt feelings come and go for a while. That does not mean you have failed. Give yourselves grace as emotions catch up with the decision, and keep turning to the Lord for help to see each other with compassion.

One simple step that helps many families is to set aside a few unhurried minutes together this week, perhaps at a meal or before bed, to thank God for each other and to share one thing you appreciate about another family member.

Father, we thank You for this family and for their desire to be bound together in Your love. Draw them closer to You and to each other. Help them to be quick to forgive, humble in serving one another, and steady in kindness. Strengthen their faith day by day and let Your peace rest in their home. In Jesus name, Amen.

We thank God with you for this holy desire for unity and love within your household, and we join our prayers to yours before the throne of grace.

Your petition is after the very mind of Christ, for the apostle sets before us the example of God himself, forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven us. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared, and none love and bless and praise God so much as those who know that there is forgiveness with Him. It is a divine forgiveness, I even I am He that blotteth out thy transgressions, and it is a surprising forgiveness, and a complete and eternal forgiveness. If you have felt the hardness of your own heart and yet have tasted that God for Christ's sake hath fully forgiven you, you have the sweetest motive to forgive as you have been forgiven, to give a discharge not in your own name, but in Christ's name and for His sake, because you love Him.

May the Lord who is love abounding pour that love into your home, that there may arise out of your renewed hearts the perfume of another love, born of the first and like unto it, love toward God and love toward one another. The love of God shines best in the patience of the Saviour, and what is the patience of Christ but the love of the Father. May He direct your family into that love of God and that patience of Christ, that you may walk in humility and patience and kindness, forbearing one another in love and keeping the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

We pray that He will knit you together in the love of Christ, that every root of bitterness may be plucked up, that you may be kindly affectioned one to another, tenderhearted, reflecting His love in all you do. May He strengthen your faith and deepen your fellowship with Himself, that your house may be as the Beulah land of the Psalms, full of His praise, and that you may prove yourselves friends at His table, eating and drinking abundantly of His love.

O Father, look upon this family. Let Thy forgiving love rule in every heart, let Thy patience govern every word, let Thy kindness temper every deed. Establish them in Christ, root them in Thy word, and cause them to grow together in grace until they shall dwell together in unbroken love both now and before Thy face forever, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
