We join with you in this beautiful prayer for your family and we count it a blessing to stand in agreement with you before the Father in Jesus' name.

Your desire for unity, love, forgiveness, humility, patience and kindness is right at the heart of God's will for the family. God designed the family to be a reflection of His love and a place where His grace is lived out daily. We are encouraged by your heart to be bound together by the love of Christ and to forgive as you have been forgiven.

The Scripture calls us to this very way of living. In Colossians 3:13-14 we are taught, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection. And in Ephesians 4:2-3 we are exhorted, with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love; being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. How good it is when a family seeks this unity, for Psalm 133:1 tells us, See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity.

We also rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Let us pray together with you.

Father, we thank You for this family and for the love that You have already placed in their hearts for one another. We ask in Jesus' name that You would knit them together in the bond of perfect love, that any division, hurt, or bitterness would be healed by Your grace. Help them to walk in true humility, patience and kindness toward one another, bearing with one another in love and quickly forgiving as Christ has forgiven us. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and draw each member deeper into relationship with You, that their home would be built upon You and that they would serve You together. May Your love be reflected in all they do, in their words and actions, so that their family brings glory to You. We ask You to guard their unity by Your Holy Spirit and keep them in Your peace. In the name of Jesus our Savior we pray, Amen.

We were moved by your prayer for unity and love in your family. Wanting to be bound together by Christ's love and to grow in humility and patience is a beautiful desire, and we are joining you in it.

We know family life can hold both deep love and real friction. Learning to forgive and to bear with one another often happens in small, daily choices more than in one big moment. Deciding to release the desire to get even, and then slowly letting warmer feelings like compassion replace resentment, takes time. Patience too is a kind of strength that helps us pause and respond gently when we feel annoyed or hurt.

One simple way to nurture what you prayed for is to let kindness become visible. A small act that says I care, like making space to listen without interrupting, offering help without being asked, or sharing a brief prayer together at the end of the day, can communicate love more than words alone. The steady presence of being there for each other often does more than we realize.

Father, we bring this family before You. Knit them together in Your love, teach them to forgive as You have forgiven, and grow in them humility, patience and kindness. Draw each heart closer to You and to one another, and strengthen their faith day by day. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
