Family

We come before the throne of grace with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up your family in earnest prayer. It is a sacred privilege to intercede for you, for we know that the Lord hears the cries of His children and moves mightily on their behalf when they call upon the name of Jesus.

First, we must address the foundation of all things, salvation. It is only through Jesus Christ that any of us can be reconciled to God. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If there are members of your family who have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we pray fervently that their hearts would be softened, their eyes opened, and their spirits quickened to the truth of the Gospel. May they come to know Jesus not just as a name they invoke in prayer, but as their Lord and Savior, the One who died for their sins and rose again to give them new life.

We also lift up the healing you seek, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. The Lord is our Healer, as it is written, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We declare over your family that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray against every sickness, disease, and infirmity, rebuking them in the name of Jesus. May the Great Physician touch every member of your household, restoring strength, peace, and wholeness. If there are wounds from past hurts, bitterness, or unforgiveness, we ask that the Holy Spirit would bring healing and freedom, for "the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

Protection is another vital plea, and we stand in agreement with you for God’s covering over your family. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the angels of the Lord encamp around those who fear Him (Psalm 34:7). We pray against every scheme of the devil, whether it be division, temptation, financial struggle, or spiritual attack, and ask that the Lord would be a shield and fortress for you. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Yet, we must also gently exhort you and your family to examine your lives in the light of Scripture. Are there areas where sin has taken root, unconfessed wrongdoing, disobedience, or compromise? The Bible warns us, "If I cherish iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me" (Psalm 66:18). We encourage you to search your hearts, repent of any known sin, and walk in holiness before the Lord. If there are struggles with addiction, immorality, or ungodly relationships, we pray for deliverance and strength to turn away from these things. The Lord is faithful to forgive and cleanse us when we confess our sins (1 John 1:9), but we must also be willing to turn from them.

For those in your family who are married, we pray that your unions would reflect the love of Christ for His Church, a love that is sacrificial, pure, and enduring (Ephesians 5:22-33). If there are struggles in your marriage, we ask that the Lord would restore love, trust, and unity. For those who are single, we pray that they would seek godly spouses who share their faith and commitment to Christ, for "do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers" (2 Corinthians 6:14). Courtship should always be pursued with the goal of marriage, honoring God in purity and self-control.

Let us now lift your family before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious family. Lord, we thank You for Your love, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness. We ask that You would draw each member of this family to Yourself, that they would know Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord. Break every chain of unbelief, rebellion, or hardness of heart, and let Your light shine into their lives.

Father, we pray for healing, body, mind, and spirit. Touch every area of sickness, pain, or brokenness, and restore them completely. We declare Your promises of healing and wholeness over them, and we rebuke every spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name. Heal their emotions, Lord, and bring peace where there is anxiety, joy where there is sorrow, and hope where there is despair.

We also pray for Your divine protection over this family. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near them. Shield them from the schemes of the enemy, and let Your peace reign in their home. Protect their marriages, their children, and their relationships, and let Your love be the foundation of all they do.

Father, we ask that You would reveal any areas of sin or disobedience in their lives. Give them the strength to repent, to turn away from wrongdoing, and to walk in righteousness. Forgive them, cleanse them, and restore them, Lord. Help them to live lives that honor You in every way.

We pray for unity in this family, Lord. Let love, patience, and kindness abound among them. Help them to bear with one another, to forgive one another, and to build each other up in the faith. May their home be a place of worship, where Your presence dwells and Your Word is honored.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this family for Your glory. Let them be a light in their community, a testimony of Your goodness, and a vessel for Your kingdom. Equip them with everything they need to serve You faithfully, and let their lives bring honor to Your name.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

May the Lord bless you and your family abundantly, and may you continue to seek Him with all your heart. Remember, "The Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth" (Psalm 145:18). Keep pressing into Him, and He will never fail you.

It means so much that you’re bringing your whole family before the Father like this. We are joining our prayers with yours for their salvation, healing, and protection, and we are grateful for your heart to see them walk in God’s wholeness.

One simple practice that often opens doors is to invite your family into prayer together, even for just a minute or two each day. Not pressing, but sharing your own need for God and maybe asking if you can pray for them. Over time, that can become a quiet space where walls come down and God’s Spirit moves.

For now, we simply pray with you:

Lord Jesus, we lift this family to You. We ask You to draw each one into saving faith, show them Your goodness and break through every barrier. Where there is brokenness or illness, bring Your healing. Shield them from harm and guard their hearts and minds in You. We know You are the Good Shepherd who watches over His own, and we trust them into Your care. In Your powerful name, Amen.

What a joy it is to know that you are praying for your family's salvation, healing, and protection in the precious name of Jesus. That name is the only one given under heaven whereby we must be saved, and it is the golden key that unlocks every blessing. You have asked for salvation: know then that the Scripture saith, "Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed." Faith must fix itself upon the Person of Christ. Trust Him with your soul, and your family's souls, in unquestioning confidence. He is the foundation God has laid in Zion, and there is salvation in none other. It is not a doctrine, not a feeling, not a ceremony, but a living Person: Jesus Himself is salvation. Look unto Him, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth.

Healing too flows from this same tree of life. Even the leaves thereof are for the healing of the nations. The least touch of Christ, the hem of His garment, the whispered sigh of faith, is full of restoring virtue. Bring your sicknesses of body and soul, and lay them upon the great Physician. His is a divine salvation, planned by infinite wisdom, and it reaches to the uttermost. Protection is the privilege of the sheep who abide in the Shepherd's fold. When you and your household trust in Him, He covers you with His feathers, and under His wings you find refuge.

Think upon the jailer of Philippi, an unlikely hearer, yet heard the word and believed, and all his house was baptized, rejoicing greatly. That common salvation is for you and for your family. Neglect it not; it is a rich, free, irreversible salvation, without money and without price. Let no supposed good works, no lingering self-righteousness, keep you from it. Lay hold on eternal life, and then make it common to all your house by fervent prayer, holy example, and constant testimony. The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? Go your way, then, bearing this truth: God's salvation in Christ is yours this day, and your family shall be there together in the heavenly places, every one of them, if you rest entirely upon Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

What joy it gives to hear a soul cry out for salvation in the name of Jesus. Yet let none think that a few words offered up are sufficient, as though hearing alone could save. For the seed of the word must fall on good ground. It must be received with careful hearing and continual recollection, and it must produce fortitude, a contempt for riches, and deliverance from all worldly things. The word is choked by the cares of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth, and so it bears no fruit. Many who seek salvation do not know the things that truly lead to it; they pursue the world and lose their own souls.

Christ came not to judge the world, but to save it, and His death itself was the salvation of the world. His graciousness and lovingkindness are proclaimed. He takes away the sin of the world. This gift is offered without our labor. Why then do we delay? Do not put off your salvation to your latest breath. Behold, now is the acceptable time. Now is the day of salvation. The remainder of time is short, and this is the only season for laying hold of eternal life.

Prayer is mighty. The Apostle attributed his deliverance to the mercies of God and to the prayers of the faithful. And affliction itself works for the comfort and salvation of those who patiently endure the same sufferings for Christ. To be a partaker of His sufferings is to be a partaker also of His comfort. So do not merely ask for healing and protection as the world gives; rather, seek that your whole household be made partakers with Christ, walking in truth, fleeing from every sin, and not loving the world.

Your prayer for your family is heard, but let it not be an unlawful prayer, asking blessing while clinging to that which God forbids. Make certain that your own life is rooted in the gospel, that your example plants the seed deeply in their hearts. Weep and travail for their salvation more than for any earthly concern, for those who do not recognize the things that lead to salvation are in grave peril. What would it profit your family to gain the whole world but lose their own souls? Turn fully to Christ, and compel them by love and holy living to do the same, while the day of grace still shines.

Your prayer for salvation, healing, and protection touches the very heart of what God offers us in Jesus Christ. At the center of it all stands the greatest miracle anyone can experience: the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life. Everything else flows from that. When you call on the name of Jesus for salvation, you are reaching out for the only provision God has made for our sin. There is no other way, no other name, by which we can be saved. And the promise stands clear, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. That confession, made in faith, brings you into the family of God, where the bonds run deeper even than natural bloodlines. You become part of a household that stretches into eternity.

That salvation is not something to put off. Now is the accepted time; today is the day of salvation. Do not let this opportunity slip away, for your eternal destiny hangs on it. And do not let anyone twist the invitation into a system of works or human effort. You are God’s workmanship, his poem, a thing of grace and beauty, created in Christ Jesus. Your part is to trust him and submit to his Lordship, and he himself supplies the faith to believe. Work out that salvation with a serious, reverent diligence, not as though you must earn it, but as a life that flows from what he has already done.

Concerning healing, I want to be both hopeful and honest with you. I believe strongly in divine healing, and Scripture broadens the suffering of Christ to include physical restoration, not only spiritual. At the same time, not every case follows the same pattern. Some are healed instantly; others go through a gradual process, and every step of that process, whether through the body’s own God-designed workings or through medical means, is still divine in origin. We see in the ministry of Jesus moments of immediate command and moments of progressive recovery. There is much I do not understand about why some are healed and others are not. Even the apostle Paul was not delivered from his thorn in the flesh. Yet in all cases, God’s grace proves sufficient, and his power is perfected in weakness. So I encourage you to pray boldly for healing, trusting him completely, but also resting in the truth that your salvation is the greater miracle. If nothing else changes outwardly, the healing he works in your soul, in your mind, and in your scars is real and precious.

As for protection, may God shield you and your family from evil and harm. He has authority over every power in the spiritual realm and over the very winds and waves. When you commit your loved ones into his care, you entrust them to the captain of your salvation, who is faithful to lead you through every adversity. Sometimes your walk with Jesus may even create distance from blood relatives who do not yet believe. The Lord himself knew that pain. Yet he also creates a new family among those who follow him, a family closer than any earthly tie. So do not be afraid; his love will prevail in every situation, and he will give you wisdom and a kind response when things feel strained.

Finally, never forget that this great salvation is open to all. Whoever will come to Jesus, he will never cast out. Whether for yourself or for those you love, keep bringing them before the throne of grace. Pray that they, too, will hear his voice today and not harden their hearts, because how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? There is no other escape. May you all receive that gift and walk together in the light of his grace and protection.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for the salvation, healing, and protection of you and your family. It has been a joy to lift these precious requests before our Heavenly Father, asking Him to draw each of your loved ones close to His heart, to bring restoration where there is brokenness, and to surround your home with His mighty protection. We have prayed with faith, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

If you’ve seen His hand move in any of these areas—whether in a softened heart, a moment of healing, or a tangible sense of His presence—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a blessing to others and a reminder of God’s faithfulness.

If, however, the answers haven’t yet become clear, or if the wait feels heavy, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue interceding with you, trusting that God is at work even when we can’t see it. He is never late, and His love for your family is unwavering.

May the Lord strengthen your faith as you seek Him, and may you experience His peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that every member of your family would come to know the depth of His grace and the power of His salvation. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
