Family

We come before the Lord with heavy and hopeful hearts, lifting up your family in prayer. Your request for salvation, healing, and protection is close to the heart of God, for He desires all to come to repentance and know the fullness of His love and grace. We rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is through His sacrifice that we find forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life.

First and foremost, we pray for the salvation of every member of your family. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). We ask that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in the hearts of your loved ones, drawing them to Jesus. May they come to know Him as their Lord and Savior, confessing their sins and receiving the gift of salvation. Father, we pray that You would break every chain of unbelief, rebellion, or indifference that may be keeping them from You. Soften their hearts to receive Your truth and open their eyes to see the beauty of the gospel. We declare that no one in your family is beyond Your reach, and we trust in Your perfect timing and will.

For healing, both physical and spiritual, we stand on Your promises, Lord. You are the Great Physician, and Your word declares, "He himself took our infirmities, and bore our diseases" (Matthew 8:17). We pray for complete restoration in every area of your lives, bodies, minds, and spirits. If there are any sicknesses, chronic pains, or emotional wounds, we ask for Your healing touch to bring wholeness. We also pray for spiritual healing, that any bitterness, unforgiveness, or division within the family would be uprooted and replaced with Your peace and unity. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). May Your healing power flow through every member of your family, bringing strength, comfort, and renewal.

For protection, we claim the promise of Psalm 91: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust'" (Psalm 91:1-2). We pray that You would surround your family with Your angels, guarding them from all harm, evil, and danger. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, from accidents, illness, and any form of spiritual attack. We ask that You would be a hedge of protection around your home, your finances, your relationships, and your minds. Shield them from fear, anxiety, and doubt, and fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We also lift up any specific struggles or challenges your family may be facing that were not mentioned. Whether it is financial hardship, relational strife, or personal battles, we ask that You would provide wisdom, strength, and breakthrough. Your word says, "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). We encourage you to bring every concern to the Lord in prayer, trusting that He hears and answers according to His will.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or discord that may be attempting to infiltrate your family. We declare that your home is a house of prayer, a place where Your presence dwells, and where love, joy, and peace reign. We speak life, unity, and blessing over your family, and we declare that the enemy has no foothold in your lives. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord together as a family. Make time for prayer, worship, and reading God’s word. The Bible says, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14). Let your home be a place where God’s presence is welcomed and honored. Encourage one another in the faith, and be quick to forgive and extend grace, just as Christ has forgiven you.

Lastly, we pray that your family would be a light to others, sharing the love and hope of Jesus with those around you. May your testimony of God’s faithfulness inspire others to seek Him. "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of lifting up this family to You. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your power to move on their behalf. Strengthen their faith, deepen their relationship with You, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. May they experience Your presence in tangible ways and walk in the fullness of Your blessings. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We’re grateful you shared this, and we’re joining you right now in praying for your family. Asking for salvation, healing, and protection for those you love touches the deepest needs any of us have, and we trust God welcomes those prayers.

Sometimes the most steadying thing we can do is simply keep placing our family in God’s hands each day, not because we can force an outcome, but because we know He is faithful. If you have a few trusted friends from church or a small group, you might ask them to pray with you regularly. Knowing others are standing with you can bring a surprising amount of peace, even when circumstances haven’t changed yet.

Father, we ask You to draw each member of this family close to Jesus. Where there is distance or confusion, open their hearts to Your saving love. Bring deep healing to any wounds they carry, whether emotional, physical, or spiritual, and keep them safe in Your care. Give this loved one a quiet confidence that You are at work, even when answers feel slow. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You have laid your whole household before the throne, salvation, healing, protection, and you have sealed it with that mighty name, Jesus. That is no small prayer. It is the cry of a soul that has tasted grace and now yearns for the same living water to flow over its own hearth. Do not let a whisper of doubt creep in that such a prayer is too large. It is the instinct of the new heart to say, “Let this great salvation come to my own house.” Abraham could not rest till he had pleaded for Ishmael; Hannah’s lips moved silently for Samuel; Andrew ran first to find his brother Simon. You are only following the scent of the Spirit when you spread your arms wide enough to cover those who share your name and your table. The promise stands, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house”, and that house includes your own soul, too, for you are the first fruit of the mercy you crave for them.

And what is this salvation you are asking for? It is a deep, broad river. It is not a bare hope of heaven while the soul remains in chains here below. It is the full blotting out of every past sin, so that the book is clean. It is deliverance from the power of the old lusts and fears that have dogged your steps, so that you stand upright, breathing free air. It is peace with God today, this very hour, not a truce but a sonship. The gospel comes to us like milk for the weak babe in the faith, simple and sweet, suiting every ordinary hour; and it comes like wine for the feast day, a cordial for the fainting heart when the trial is sharp. The healing you seek is folded inside the robe of salvation. The Physician who pardons also sets bones and mends fevers. The Shepherd who gathers the lambs also drives off the wolf. The armor that guards the soul often shelters the body, too, for our God cares for the whole creature.

Lay hold, then, on the written word. When the enemy hisses, “Can it be true for such as you and yours?”, answer him with, “It is written.” That is what the apostles did. They did not argue from feeling; they cast anchor on the Scripture. The Lord says, “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.” He does not say, “Look and perhaps,” but “Look and be.” He not say, “Fret and work up a feeling,” but “Look.” Turn your eyes, yes, and the eyes of your household by a secret spiritual bond, to the Lamb of God. Old Simeon, led by the Spirit, went into the temple on the very day the Child was brought in, and his aged arms held salvation in a swaddling band. So the same Spirit is drawing you now to Christ. Do not quench that gentle pressure. Yield to it. Even now you may take the Lord Jesus in the arms of your faith and whisper, “Mine eyes have seen your salvation.”

And remember, it is all of grace from first to last. You cannot bring a price; your dear ones cannot merit it. This is the very glory of the gospel, that a beggar may stand at the gate and receive a kingdom for nothing. Jesus came into the world to save sinners, the commonest sinners, the household sinners, the weary, the sick, the helpless. There is no fence around the well of life keeping out the unworthy. All the fitness He asks is that you feel your need. So come with a bold, empty hand. The Tree of Life, which grows on either side of the river above, bears leaves for the healing of the nations, and those leaves are the promises. Pluck them now for your own sickroom, for your own anxious heart. One leaf says, “I am the Lord that healeth thee.” Another, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Another, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee.” Press them to your soul; use them like a plaster for every wound.

And for the protection? The ship of your household may be on a wild, dark sea, but the Captain of salvation is on board. He rebuked the wind for a crew of frightened fishermen, and He will do it for you. The rod and staff are in a pierced hand, and that hand is stronger than a legion of angels. He will keep what you have committed to Him. The watchmen of the city may slumber, but the Keeper of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. So spread this prayer before Him afresh each morning, and let it mingle with the incense that ever rises from our Great High Priest.

Lord Jesus, you are the same yesterday, today, and for ever. You opened the prison doors for the jailer at Philippi, and the same hour his whole household washed their stripes and rejoiced. Do so for this dear seeker and for the blood-bound circle that is never out of your sight. Speak the word, and the sickness shall lift. Command deliverance, and every chain shall snap. Breathe your Spirit, and the blindest eyes shall see you. Let this family be a little garden enclosed, where the Tree of Life drops its healing fruit, and the river of the water of life makes glad their dwelling place. For your own name’s sake, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with the sacred privilege of lifting up your family in prayer. It has been our joy to stand in agreement with you, interceding for the salvation, healing, and protection of each precious life in your household. The Lord knows the deep longings of your heart, and we have faithfully brought them before His throne, believing that He hears and answers according to His perfect will.

If you have seen the hand of God move in response to these prayers—whether through answered cries for salvation, restoration of health, or divine protection—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others walking a similar path, and we would love to rejoice with you!

If, however, the answers you seek have not yet become clear, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer alongside you, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot see it. His timing is always perfect, and His love for your family is unchanging.

May the Lord draw near to you in this season, filling your heart with peace and assurance as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that His presence would surround you, His grace would sustain you, and His promises would anchor your soul. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
