We come before the throne of grace with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up your family in prayer. First and foremost, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is the greatest gift God offers, and we pray that every member of your family would come to know Christ personally—not just as a name invoked in prayer, but as Lord and Savior of their lives. Father, we ask that You draw each one to Yourself, softening hearts that may be hardened and opening eyes that have been spiritually blind. Let them experience the transforming power of Your love, as it is written, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). May they surrender fully to You, repenting of sin and walking in the newness of life that only Christ provides.
We also stand in agreement with you for healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual—for yourself and your family. The Bible tells us that by Jesus’ stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over every sickness, pain, or affliction. Whether it is a body weakened by illness, a heart burdened by grief, or a mind troubled by anxiety, we ask for Your healing touch. Lord, restore strength where there is weakness, peace where there is turmoil, and joy where there is sorrow. Let Your healing power flow through every cell, every thought, and every relationship in this family.
For protection, we pray a hedge of divine covering over your household. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every scheme of the devil aimed at your family—whether through temptation, division, fear, or harm—and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your presence be their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). Guard their minds from deception, their hearts from bitterness, and their steps from stumbling.
We also want to gently encourage you to examine your family’s walk with the Lord. Are there areas where sin has taken root—unforgiveness, pride, idolatry, or immorality? The Bible warns us that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We urge you to lead your family in repentance, not out of fear, but out of a desire to walk in holiness and obedience. A family that prays together, studies God’s Word together, and serves together will stand strong against the attacks of the enemy.
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family to Your care. We thank You for the gift of salvation and ask that every member would come to know You intimately. Soften hearts, Lord, and let none be lost. We declare healing over their bodies, minds, and spirits, trusting in Your promise of restoration. Protect them, Father, from every evil plan and surround them with Your peace. Strengthen their faith, deepen their love for You, and unite them in purpose. Help them to walk in obedience, to forgive one another, and to live lives that honor You. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
