We come before the Lord with heavy and hopeful hearts, lifting up you and your family in prayer. First and foremost, we rejoice in the name of Jesus being invoked in your request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is the greatest gift, and we pray that each member of your family would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, if they haven’t already. May their hearts be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel, that they may be born again by the Spirit of God (John 3:3-5). We declare that the eyes of their understanding would be enlightened, that they may know the hope of His calling and the riches of His inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:18).
Father, we also lift up healing for you and your family. The Bible tells us that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and that Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17). We claim this promise over every physical, emotional, and spiritual ailment in your lives. Whether it is sickness, anxiety, depression, or any form of brokenness, we ask for Your healing touch to restore and renew. Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits, Lord, and let them walk in divine health according to Your will.
Protection is another vital need we bring before You. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We plead the blood of Jesus over you and your family, asking for a hedge of protection around each one. Guard them from physical harm, spiritual attacks, and the schemes of the devil. May they dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1). Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We also want to encourage you to stand firm in faith, even when circumstances seem overwhelming. The Bible tells us that faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He is faithful to His promises, and He will never leave nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).
If there are any areas in your family’s life that do not align with God’s Word, we gently but firmly encourage you to seek His face for repentance and transformation. Whether it is unforgiveness, bitterness, sinful habits, or anything that grieves the Holy Spirit, we ask that the Lord would reveal these things to you and grant you the grace to turn away from them. Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed (James 5:16). The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
