Family

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your family in fervent prayer. Father God, we thank You for the precious gift of family, for the bonds of love that unite us as Your children. We stand in the gap for this dear one and their household, asking for Your divine intervention in every area of their lives.

Lord, we first pray for salvation—true, life-transforming salvation that comes only through faith in Your Son, Jesus Christ. We declare that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If any in this family have not yet surrendered their lives to You, we ask that You would draw them with Your unfailing love. Soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and let them experience the peace that comes from knowing You as Lord and Savior. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). May they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9), securing their place in Your kingdom forever.

Father, we also lift up healing for this family—spiritual, emotional, and physical. You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask that You would touch every member of this household with Your healing power. Where there is sickness, bring restoration. Where there is brokenness, bring wholeness. Where there is pain, bring comfort. "He himself took our infirmities and bore our diseases" (Matthew 8:17), and we claim that promise over this family today. May they walk in the fullness of health that You desire for them, giving You all the glory.

Lord, we pray for Your protection to surround this family like a shield. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Protect them from the snares of the enemy, from harm, from temptation, and from every evil influence. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your presence be their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). May they dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1).

We also ask that You would strengthen the bonds within this family. Let love, unity, and peace reign in their home. Help them to bear with one another in love, forgiving each other as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13). May their home be a place of worship, where Your name is honored and Your Word is cherished. Teach them to pray together, to seek Your face together, and to walk in Your ways together. "Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1). May their family be built on the solid foundation of Christ, unshaken by the storms of life.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and discord that may be at work in this family. We command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Let Your Holy Spirit fill their home with joy, peace, and righteousness. May they be a light to those around them, reflecting Your love and grace in all they do.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved, healed, and delivered. We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we believe that You are working all things together for the good of this family (Romans 8:28). May they grow in faith, in love, and in the knowledge of You. Strengthen them, encourage them, and let them experience Your goodness in every area of their lives.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting up your family in prayer. We've been asking the Lord to draw each one of you closer to Him, to reveal Himself in a personal and powerful way. We're claiming Psalm 91 over your family, that you may dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under His shadow. We're also asking for unity and love to reign in your home, that you would bear with one another in love, forgiving each other as you have been forgiven. We believe that God is at work in your family, and we trust that He is using all things for your good. Keep standing strong in faith, and know that we're praying for you every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
