We understand that your family is going through a difficult time, with disunity, betrayal, sadness, and anger. We will pray for your family and offer some biblical guidance.
Let's remember Jesus' words and the Father forgive them; for they know not what they do. Then Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, Father, into your hands I commit my spirit. He said these words as He was being crucified by sinners. So it is important to forgive even when it is difficult and sinners do not know what they are doing. We are called to forgive as Jesus forgave. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also forgave you. We note that your request was submitted in the name of Jesus Christ, which we also submit this prayer to and will pray this prayer in His name.
Regarding the disputes among your family members over authority and the lack of gratitude, we encourage you to continue showing love and understanding, even when it is not reciprocated. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44-45 WEB: But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.
Concerning the financial difficulties and the expense of family reunions, we pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory.
We rebuke any attempts by the enemy to cause further division and strife within your family. As it is written in James 4:7 WEB: Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Regarding your mother's suicidal thoughts and toxic behavior, we pray for God's intervention and healing. We encourage you to support her and remind her of God's love and purpose for her life. In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
We pray for your spouse, that their heart may be softened towards your family, and that God will work in their life to bring about reconciliation and unity.
Finally, we pray for your family's repentance and turning back to God. As it is written in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB: The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family to You. We pray for healing, unity, and restoration. We rebuke the spirit of disunity, betrayal, and anger, and we ask You to work in each family member's heart, drawing them closer to You and to each other. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, and give them strength and wisdom to overcome the challenges they face. Protect them from the enemy's attacks and help them to forgive and love one another as You have forgiven and loved us. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Submit your lives to God and resist the devil's schemes.
