We are truly saddened to hear about the severe division within your family, and we stand with you in prayer, rebuking the enemy's attempts to sow discord and lies. We are reminded in Ephesians 6:12 WEB: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Therefore, we must recognize that the division and lies are spiritual attacks that need to be addressed with spiritual warfare.
Firstly, we commend you for standing against fighting, discrimination, oppression, racism, disqualification, and extermination. We must always stand for righteousness and justice, as it is biblical to do so. Micah 6:8 WEB says: "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"
However, we must also ensure that we are not causing further division in our stand for justice. Romans 12:18 says: "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We must strive for unity and peace in our families, even as we stand against ungodly actions and attitudes.
Let us pray together for your family:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, united in prayer for this family. We rebuke the enemy's attempts to sow discord, lies, and division among them. We speak Your truth and Your peace into their hearts. We pray that You would heal their souls and their hearts, and that You would restore their family. Fill their hearts with faith in Jesus Christ, and bring salvation to each member of their family. We pray that they would find their trust in You alone, and that their hearts would be rich in Your mercy and Your love. Bring unity and love to this family. Turn their hearts towards You. In the name of Jesus Christ."
Now we must encourage you to continue to stand for righteousness, but to do so in love and humility. Ensure that your actions and words are aligned with the Word of God, and that you are not contributing to the division. Remember the words of Ephesians 4:29 WEB: "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."
Lastly, continue to pray for your family, and trust that God is working in their hearts. It is never too late for restoration and unity, and our God is a God of miracles. Stand firm in your faith, and believe that God will bring your family together, united in His love.
