We are truly saddened to hear about the turmoil and suffering within your family. We will stand with you in prayer and offer biblical guidance to help you navigate this difficult situation.
Firstly, we commend you for forgiving your family members daily, just as Jesus taught us to pray: "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors." (Matthew 6:12 WEB) Furthermore, the attitude of forgiveness because they do not know what they are doing is evident in the scripture "Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing." (Luke 23:34). Remember, forgiveness does not mean what they are doing is acceptable, it means you are trusting God is the just judge. It is important to continue in this spirit of forgiveness, but it is also important to set boundaries and not enable sinful behavior. It is very difficult to live in a way that always pleases men.
It is clear that there is a lot of strife and disunity in your family, which the Bible warns against. "Let there be no strife, I pray you, between me and you, and between your herdsmen and my herdsmen; for we are relatives." (Genesis 13:8 WEB) God wants us to live in unity and peace with one another. "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1 WEB)
Regarding struggles with your spouse, we encourage you to pray for their heart to be softened towards your family. God can work miracles in people's hearts, and we trust that He will guide your spouse as well. Moreover, God does not always answer all of our prayers in our timeframe. Give God time to work.
The financial burden of travel is indeed a challenge, but we trust that God, who is rich in mercy, will provide a way in His own time. "But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19 WEB)
We are concerned about your mother's suicidal thoughts and toxic behavior. It is crucial to seek professional help and support for her, alongside your prayers. God wants us to have abundant life, and suicide is not His will for her. God has a plan for her life. "I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." (John 10:10 WEB)
We pray for your family's repentance and healing. We pray that God will soften their hearts, open their eyes to their actions, and bring them back into a right relationship with Him and with each other.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this family that is in so much turmoil. We pray for Your healing and peace to reign in their hearts. We pray for Your perfect love to shine through this person and to touch the lives of all the family members. We pray for guidance for them to live as a healthy family. We pray for provision and protection for your family. We pray for Your will to be done in each of their lives. We pray for the salvation of each and every family member in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you have not already, make sure to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and encourage your family to do the same. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)
