We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your family.
We have been continuing to lift you and your children before the Lord, asking for His divine protection over your home. We have prayed for a hedge of protection and the full armor of God over you, for ministry angels to surround you, and for His peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7. We have pleaded the blood of Jesus over you and your children and declared that no weapon formed against you shall prosper according to Isaiah 54:17, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world as you reminded us in 1 John 4:4.
We have specifically brought your older daughter before the throne, asking the Lord to break the stubborn hold and false sense of obligation she feels toward this young man and his mother, to remove the division, isolation, control and manipulation, and to open her eyes to see that living together outside of marriage is not marriage and is not His will for her. We have asked Him to restore her gracious, humble and grateful spirit, to protect her purposeful work and recent promotion, to guide her back to putting Him first, honoring her parents and following biblical teachings, and to gently lead her out of this toxic and ungodly entanglement into freedom and wisdom.
We have also prayed for your younger daughter as she lives closer to school, that the Lord would keep a hedge of protection around her studies, her health and her faith, that she would remain steadfast and not be swayed by divisive tactics or ungodly example, and that she would be surrounded by godly friendships and mentors. And we have prayed for your precious son, that the Lord would shine His light in every dark place, anoint your home, restore his progress and his peace and joy, and protect him from every spirit of hatred, mockery and exclusion, reminding him always that he is deeply loved and valued.
We are glad that you asked us to stand with you, and we continue to pray that the Lord would frustrate every plot and scheme of the enemy to divide and destroy your family unity, that He would expose and block every negative influence, and that He would restore what has been stolen and heal your family relationships.
