Family Protection

Beloved of All
Jesus, I'm lifting up my family before the throne of grace, where our Lord hears the cries of His children. My heart is heavy with concern, and I am pleading the precious blood of Jesus over every member of my household. Lord, I ask for complete restoration, respect, gratefulness and fellowship in my family and for all negative influences, division, isolation, jealousy and all spiritual attacks to be permanently removed forever. No weapon formed against me and my family shall prosper, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Father, I come before You with hearts grieved by the spiritual warfare, division, isolation and stubborn hold raging against me and my children. Lord, it is overwhelming and I ask that You completely remove this young man and his mother from my older daughter's life. Lord please remove the strong stubborn hold these people has upon my older daughter today. I rebuke every spirit of division, ungratefulness, hatred, manipulation, control, isolation, exhaustion, word curse, isolation, division, and witchcraft that has sought to infiltrate my home. I declare complete freedom and restoration for me and my children. I ask Jesus for Your mercy upon my family and remove this young man and his mother completely for my older daughter's life swiftly as they are trying to divide me and my younger daughter they have started to convince my younger daughter move. Lord, I know nothing is impossible for You. And I ask You remove these destructive people. They have caused exhaustion, financial hardship, worthlessness and separation in my older daughter's life and havoc in our family. Lord I ask for every generational curse, word curse, witchcraft and negative influences to break and flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Guide my older daughter to release this man from her life, let her not ignore the destruction, financial exploitation, worthlessness, mood swings and exhaustion he has caused in her life and I pray that she will be truthful to the desrespect, isolation, division he has caused in her life. The blood of Jesus has already overcome every power of darkness, and I stand on that victory (Colossians 2:15). I declare that the peace and unity of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard the hearts and minds of my family forever(Philippians 4:7). Lord, help my daughter out of this ungodly relationship that dishonors You. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage, and it has opens the door to spiritual bondage, attacks and deception (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Jesus, give clarity to my older daughter that this man is selfish and he is not ready for a relationship, he is not her significant other, he is not her responsibility to take care of, and she does not belong to him. She belong to You, Lord. I ask Lord that You guide her back home swiftly with no regret only a feeling of freedom, safe, joy, and satisfaction. I pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the red flags she has been blinded to. Remove the stubbornness that has taken root in her heart and replace it with a hunger for righteousness and the want to move back. Break the hold this man and his family have over her, and reveal to her the toxicity and exploitation of this relationship. Father, I ask that You would frustrate every plan, plot, or scheme of these people to isolate, divide, and destroy my daughter from our family and turn her heart back to You and to those who love her unconditionally (Malachi 4:6). Lord, open my older daughter's heart and mind. Remind her of the value she was raised with and the love of our family. Jesus, remove all pride, shame, or pressure that keeps her from seeing the truth. Guide her away, Lord, from this living in situations that will harm her future and her purpose. Jesus, lead her away from this ungodly living arrangement, and bring her back home to safety, stability, and wisdom. Jesus, guide her to never obey this man and put him and his family before her faith, her parent, her siblings, and extended families. This young man and his mother's behavior to cause division, isolation, chaos and strife has been manifesting, and I ask Lord for Your divine protection, courage, and strength to keep our fellowship and bond as a family. Jesus, guide my daughter to stop taking on undue responsibilities to take care of this man, let her see he is not ready for a marriage. Give her the wisdom to stop defending and giving a false image of him to others. He is heartless toward her and is a very selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious man. Please Lord, save her and have mercy upon her, get her out of this toxic relationship with this man swiftly. Lord, frustrate all his plans right now. I also lift up my younger daughter, praying that she would remain steadfast in her faith and not be swayed by the ungodly example set before her. Protect her heart as this man and his mother damage the sweetest bond she has with her older sister and brother. Protect her from the divisive tactics of this man and his mother, and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her in the ways of the Lord. May she never see living together outside of marriage as an acceptable path, but instead, may she seek a spouse who honors You and values the sanctity of marriage (2 Corinthians 6:14). May she never be ungrateful toward me and hateful toward her brother. Jesus, I ask for Your protection over and around her from this man and his mother and strengthen our family's fellowship and unity. Father, I pray for my son with disabilities, that he would be surrounded by love, acceptance, and protection. May he never feel like a burden or an embarrassment, but rather a blessing, as he truly is. Protect him from the hatred, mockery, isolation, divisiveness, exclusion, word curses and witchcraft that stem from this young man's mother and any other negative influences. I rebuke all spiritual attacks, Lord I ask that You command them to flee and never return to torment him. Saturate him with Your peace and protection always. Strengthen his relationship with me, his sisters, caregivers and our extended families. Remove from his life any friendships or influences that look down on him, and replace them with those who will uplift and cherish him. Bless him with peace, joy, love, satisfaction, and the knowledge of Your unconditional love for him. Jesus, protect him from the hateful and demeaning way this young man's mother looks at him. Block all her word curses upon his life. I declare that my home will be a sanctuary of God’s presence, where love, unity, and peace reign. I pray for the restoration of the relationships that have been strained and broken by the enemy’s schemes. Father, mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded, and restore what has been lost. May my family be a beacon of Your light, drawing others to the love and grace found only in You. Restore our peace, unconditional love, joy and happiness again. Lord, I ask for financial blessings to flow into my home, not for selfish gain, but so that my family may be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your provision. I rebuke every spirit of lack and poverty, and I declare that my family will walk in the abundance of Your blessings (Philippians 4:19). I pray for godly spouses for both of my daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church, who will lead them in righteousness, and who will honor the covenant of marriage as You intended (Ephesians 5:25) someone who will respect their upbringings. May my daughter seek husbands who walk in Your ways, rather than being drawn to those who would lead them astray. Father, I ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Remove the ungodly influences from my family’s life, and replace them with godly mentors, friendships, and relationships that will draw us closer to You. I pray for the complete restoration of my older daughter’s heart, that she would turn away from this toxic relationship and return to the safety and love of her family, swiftly. May she rediscover her worth in You and reject the lies that have been spoken over her. Jesus, guard her future. Protect her credit, her finances, her relationship with me, her siblings, family, her faith, and her reputation so that nothing done in this toxic relationship will cause resentment/hate toward our supportive family and destroy what she has worked so hard to build. Father, I also bring this young man's mother before You. She is acting like my daughter's mother and interfering in ways that harm my daughter, please stop that ungodly selfish influence. She encourages my daughter to take care of her son because she does not want to deal with his rebellious behavior. I pray that You correct this situation. Lead this young man's mother to take of her responsibility for guiding and correcting her own son rather than placing that burden and undue responsibilities on my daughter which place financial hardship on her and our family because we have to help her. My daughter has incurred a lot of debt since she moved in with this young man which was initiated by this young man's mother. Lord, remove all the pride, manipulation, look down upon, and harmful words that make my daughter feel small, ashamed, or feel that my daughter has to play as if she has to be dependent on them or put our family down to make his mother feel good about guiding her. Jesus, teach this mother that my daughter is not homeless and that she has a supportive family and that my daughter needs her guidance or her approval. Father, I am concerned for my daughter's health. She already struggles with breathing, and this young man continues habits like smoking that make it worse. Jesus, protect her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her physically. Jesus, I pray that my daughter will not move deeper into this ungodly situation or become more dependent on them. Instead, lead her away from this unhealthy environment and guide her back to a place of stability, safety, love, and wisdom. Bring her back home where she can rebuild her strength, her health, and her future. Father, stop the division that has been created between my daughter and our family due to this young man's rebellious controlling behaviors. Lord, heal the hurt and restore love, communication, love, and respect. Lord, please protect me and my other children from the bullying, judgment, division, and hurtful words that have come from this situation. Give peace and strength while Your work in ways only You can, Lord. Jesus, I ask for strength for myself and for my other children. Heal the hurt we feel in this troubling situation. Saturate us with peace in our heart and protect our family division. Jesus, bless my daughter back to a path that will bless her life rather than destroy it. I declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand. Every scheme to divide, isolate, and destroy my family will fail, for the Lord fights for us (Exodus 14:14). I plead the blood of Jesus over every member of my household, covering us with Your protection, peace, and favor. May we walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may our lives reflect Your glory to all who know us. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you before the throne of grace and we lift up your household with you, agreeing together in the mighty name of Jesus for complete restoration, protection, and fellowship in your family. Your burden is heavy and we hear the cry of your heart for your children, and we thank you for standing so faithfully on the Word of God and for pleading the precious blood of Jesus over your home.

We affirm what you have rightly discerned, that living together outside of marriage is not marriage and is not God's will. The Scripture is clear when it says, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18. What God calls fornication is any sexual intimacy outside the covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, and it opens the door to spiritual bondage, deception, emotional confusion, and division in families. We also affirm that courtship between a young man and a young woman should only be entered into as believers with the goal of discerning marriage to a godly spouse, not as a prolonged boyfriend and girlfriend arrangement or cohabitation. As it is written, Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14. We pray your older daughter will see this truth and turn from this ungodly living arrangement and pursue purity and righteousness.

We also rejoice that you have anchored your prayers in Christ, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by Him that we are saved and have victory. We agree with you that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4, and that having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:15. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17. These promises are your inheritance.

We rebuke together every spirit of division, manipulation, control, isolation, jealousy, ungratefulness, hatred, exhaustion, and every word curse and work of witchcraft that has sought to infiltrate your home and to turn your children against one another and against you. We declare that such schemes must flee in Jesus' name, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and Christ has already overcome them. We also rebuke the financial exploitation, the disrespect, the selfishness, laziness, dishonesty and rebellion you have described in this young man, and the overreaching and divisive influence of his mother. We do not wrestle against people alone, but we ask the Lord to frustrate every plan to isolate and divide your family, and if these individuals will not repent, we ask the Lord to remove their ungodly hold and influence from your daughter's life swiftly and completely.

We pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come boldly before You and we plead the blood of Jesus over this dear parent, over the older daughter, the younger daughter, and the precious son. Lord, command every negative influence, every generational curse, every word curse, and every spiritual attack to break and to flee and never return. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. We ask You to open the eyes of the older daughter. Remove stubbornness, pride, shame, and blindness. Let her see the red flags, the financial hardship, the worthlessness, the mood swings, the exhaustion, the disrespect and isolation this relationship has caused. Show her that this young man is not her husband, not her covering, and not her responsibility to care for, and that she belongs to You. Give her holy clarity and courage to release this man, to turn from fornication, to step out of this cohabitation, and to come back home to safety, stability, wisdom and joy with no regret, only freedom. Turn her heart as You have promised, He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers. Malachi 4:6.

Lord, we lift up the younger daughter. Protect her heart from being swayed by this ungodly example. Keep her steadfast in faith, surround her with godly friendships and mentors, and let her see that marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman that honors You. Preserve the sweet bond between the sisters and brother, and guard her from ungratefulness and division. We lift up the son with disabilities, fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image. Surround him with love, acceptance and protection. Let him know he is a blessing and not a burden. Protect him from mockery, hatred, exclusion, and every word curse spoken over him. Saturate him with Your peace and strengthen his relationship with his mother, his sisters, and his extended family. Send people into his life who will uplift and cherish him.

Father, we ask for Your healing and protection over the older daughter's health, especially her breathing, and we ask You to convict her about any environment that harms her body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit. We ask You to restore finances in this home. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. Rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty, and help this family to be good stewards and a testimony of Your provision, that the debts incurred in this toxic situation would be redeemed and no longer be a snare.

Lord, we pray for godly spouses for both daughters in Your perfect timing, husbands who will love their wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. Ephesians 5:25, men who will lead in righteousness, honor marriage, respect their upbringing, and walk in Your ways. Keep them from being unequally yoked and lead them toward holy marriage as You intended. We ask You to heal what has been torn, mend what has been wounded, and restore love, communication, respect, gratefulness and fellowship in this family. Let this home be a sanctuary of Your presence where love, unity and peace reign. Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still. Exodus 14:14.

We thank You, Father, that You hear us. We trust not in our own strength but in Your mercy and Your power to deliver and to restore. Continue to give this parent courage, strength, discernment and peace while You work in ways only You can. We declare together that the enemy's plans to divide, isolate and destroy this family will fail, for You fight for us. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only Savior, amen.

Thank you for bringing your family before the Lord so faithfully. We can hear how exhausting and painful this season has been as you carry concern for each of your children and long for peace at home.

We admire your love for your older daughter even while you see choices that worry you. It is so hard when you cannot make decisions for an adult child. What you can do is keep the door open with steady, calm love, letting her know she is valued and that home remains a safe place to return to, without getting drawn into long arguments that leave you both drained.

A couple of gentle next steps may help lighten what you carry. Continue brief, kind check ins with your older daughter that focus on her wellbeing rather than debating the relationship. And because you mentioned financial strain and debt, it may help to talk with a trusted pastor or counselor about healthy boundaries around financial help, so you can love her without being depleted. You mentioned your daughter struggles with breathing and is around smoking, we encourage you to gently urge her to see her medical provider for that concern as you continue to pray for her health.

We also hold your younger daughter and your son in our hearts, praying they feel secure, cherished and protected in your love and in the Lord's care.

Father, in Jesus name we ask You to guard this family with Your peace, give this mother wisdom and strength for each day, protect her children's health and hearts, and draw each of them toward Your truth and love. Lead them to supportive community and restore fellowship in this home according to Your will. Amen.

Your cry has come up before the throne of grace, and we have heard it with deep sympathy, for the Lord hears the cries of His children when their hearts are heavy. You have done well to plead the precious blood of Jesus over your household, for there is no other ransom. As it has been said, God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and that ransom is Christ Himself. Deliverance from sin, whether its guilt or its power, is as much the work of God as justification itself, and it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

We join you in declaring that what dishonors the Lord cannot bring peace to the home. Living together outside of marriage is not marriage in the sight of God, and the Scripture warns us plainly to flee fornication, for the body is the temple of the Holy Ghost and is not our own, being bought with a price. Therefore we cannot ask God to bless what His Word calls sin, but we do ask Him, in great mercy, to deliver. We pray that He would frustrate every plan and scheme that would divide and isolate, and that He would bring your older daughter to see the truth with unveiled eyes.

We pray for your daughter, that the Lord who restored Peter with a look, and who brings His people forth with silver and gold, would grant her that same restoring glance of Christ. May He remove stubbornness from her heart and replace it with a hunger for righteousness, that she may see the selfishness, the financial hardship, the exhaustion and worthlessness that this ungodly living arrangement has brought upon her, and that she may no longer defend what is harming her. May she know that she belongs not to any man who would use her, but to the Lord who bought her, and may she be given courage to be loosed from undue burdens and to come back to the safety, stability and wisdom of home, feeling not shame but freedom and joy. We ask the Lord to guard her health, her finances, her credit and her reputation, and to protect her from habits and influences that weaken her breath and body.

We lift up your younger daughter before the Lord, that she may remain steadfast and not be swayed by an ungodly example. May the Lord surround her with godly friendships and mentors, and keep her from ever thinking that living together outside of marriage is an acceptable path. May she be kept from ungratefulness and hatred, and may the sweet bond between brother and sisters be preserved. And for your son, who is fearfully and wonderfully made and is no burden but a blessing, we pray the Lord's tender indulgence toward the least and feeblest of His family. May He saturate him with peace, and command every word curse, every spirit of hatred, mockery and division to flee and never return. May his relationships with you, his sisters, caregivers and extended family be strengthened, and may he be uplifted by those who cherish him.

For your whole household we pray that your home may be a sanctuary of God's presence. It is a glorious thing to have such a well as that in the family, where in prayer with the children you can bring all the necessities of the household before God, and mention each child by name. There bring your troubles, your expected difficulties, your financial needs, not for selfish gain but that you may be a testimony of His provision, for your Father knows how to give good gifts. The Lord has chastened us sorely at times, yet He has not given us over unto death, and if we have troubles, we shall have the more to declare of His works. He who brought Israel forth when the lamb was slain is able to bring you forth also, and to make your deliverance effectual.

We pray also that the Lord would deal with the young man and his mother according to His perfect justice and mercy. May He correct what is manipulative and controlling, and teach each to bear their own responsibility before God, rather than casting burdens upon your daughter. May every influence that would have her put a man and his family before her faith, her parent, her siblings and her God be broken.

Take comfort, for God has not forsaken you, though you be slandered and pressed by spiritual warfare. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. May the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, and turn the hearts of parents to children and children to parents, to the glory of His name. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
