Beloved Warrior
Jesus, I'm lifting up my family before the throne of grace, where our Lord hears the cries of His children. My heart is heavy with concern, and I am pleading the precious blood of Jesus over every member of my household. Lord, I ask for complete restoration, respect, gratefulness and fellowship in my family and for all negative influences and all spiritual attacks to be permanently removed forever. No weapon formed against me and my family shall prosper, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Father, I come before You with hearts grieved by the spiritual warfare raging against me and my family. Lord, it is overwhelming and I ask that You completely remove this young man and his mother from my older daughter's life. I rebuke every spirit of division, ungratefulness, hatred, manipulation, control, isolation, exhaustion, word curse, isolation, division, ungratefulness and witchcraft that has sought to infiltrate my home. I plead Jesus for You to remove this young man and his mother completely for my older daughter's life swiftly as they are trying to divide me and my younger daughter they have started to convince my younger daughter to live with them. Lord I know nothing is impossible for You. And I ask You remove these hateful people. These people have caused exhaustion, financial hardship, worthlessness in my older daughter's life and havoc in our family. This young man's mother is very disruptive. Lord I ask for every generational curse, word curse, witchcraft and negative influence to break and flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Guide my older daughter to release this man from her life, let her not ignore the destruction, financial hardship, worthlessness and exhaustion he has caused in her life and to be truthful to the disrespect, isolation, division he has caused in her life. The blood of Jesus has already overcome every power of darkness, and I stand on that victory (Colossians 2:15). I declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard the hearts and minds of my family forever(Philippians 4:7). Lord, I am deeply concern for my older daughter, who is entangled in an ungodly relationship that dishonors You. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage, and it has opens the door to spiritual bondage and deception (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Jesus, give clarity to my older daughter that this man is selfish and he is not ready for a relationship, he is not her significant other, he is not her responsibility to take care of, she does not belong to him. She belong to You, Lord. I ask Lord that You guide her back home swiftly with no regret only a feeling of freedom, safe, joy, and satisfaction. I pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the red flags she has been blinded to. Remove the stubbornness that has taken root in her heart and replace it with a hunger for righteousness and the want to move back. Break the hold this man and his family have over her, and reveal to her the toxicity and exploitation of this relationship. Father, I ask that You would frustrate every plan, plot, or scheme of these people to isolate, divide, and destroy my daughter from our family and turn her heart back to You and to those who love her unconditionally (Malachi 4:6). Lord, open my older daughter's heart and mind. Remind her of the value she was raised with and the love of our family. Jesus, remove all pride, shame, or pressure that keeps her from seeing the truth. Guide her away, Lord, from this living in situations that will harm her future and her purpose. Jesus, lead her away from this ungodly living arrangement, and bring her back home to safety, stability, and wisdom. Jesus, guide her to never obey this man and put him and his family before her faith, her parent, her siblings, and extended families. This young man and his mother's behavior to cause division, isolation, chaos and strife has been manifesting, and I ask Lord for Your divine protection, courage, and strength to keep our fellowship and bond as a family. Jesus, guide my daughter to stop taking on undue responsibilities to take care of this man, let her see he is not ready for a marriage. Give her the wisdom to stop defending and giving a false image of him to others. He is heartless toward her and is a very selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious man. Please Lord, save her and have mercy upon her, get her out of this toxic relationship with this man swiftly. Lord, frustrate all his plans right now. I also lift up my younger daughter, praying that she would remain steadfast in her faith and not be swayed by the ungodly example set before her. Protect her heart as this man and his mother damage the sweetest bond she has with her older sister and brother. Protect her from the divisive tactics of this man and his mother, and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her in the ways of the Lord. May she never see living together outside of marriage as an acceptable path, but instead, may she seek a spouse who honors You and values the sanctity of marriage (2 Corinthians 6:14). May she never be ungrateful toward me and hateful toward her brother. Jesus, I ask for Your protection over and around her from this man and his mother and strengthen our family's fellowship and unity. Father, I pray for my son with disabilities, that he would be surrounded by love, acceptance, and protection. May he never feel like a burden or an embarrassment, but rather a blessing, as he truly is. Protect him from the hatred, mockery, isolation, divisiveness, exclusion, word curses and witchcraft that stem from this young man's mother and any other negative influences. I rebuke all spiritual attacks, Lord I ask that You command them to flee and never return to torment him. Saturate him with Your peace and protection always. Strengthen his relationship with me, his sisters, caregivers and our extended families. Remove from his life any friendships or influences that look down on him, and replace them with those who will uplift and cherish him. Bless him with peace, joy, love, satisfaction, and the knowledge of Your unconditional love for him. Jesus, protect him from the hateful and demeaning way this young man's mother looks at him. Block all her word curses upon his life. I declare that my home will be a sanctuary of God’s presence, where love, unity, and peace reign. I pray for the restoration of the relationships that have been strained and broken by the enemy’s schemes. Father, mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded, and restore what has been lost. May my family be a beacon of Your light, drawing others to the love and grace found only in You. Restore our peace, unconditional love, joy and happiness again. Lord, I ask for financial blessings to flow into my home, not for selfish gain, but so that my family may be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your provision. I rebuke every spirit of lack and poverty, and I declare that my family will walk in the abundance of Your blessings (Philippians 4:19). I pray for godly spouses for both of my daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church, who will lead them in righteousness, and who will honor the covenant of marriage as You intended (Ephesians 5:25) someone who will respect their upbringings. May my daughter seek husbands who walk in Your ways, rather than being drawn to those who would lead them astray. Father, I ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Remove the ungodly influences from my family’s life, and replace them with godly mentors, friendships, and relationships that will draw us closer to You. I pray for the complete restoration of my older daughter’s heart, that she would turn away from this toxic relationship and return to the safety and love of her family, swiftly. May she rediscover her worth in You and reject the lies that have been spoken over her. Jesus, guard her future. Protect her credit, her finances, her relationship with me, her siblings, family, her faith, and her reputation so that nothing done in this toxic relationship will cause resentment/hate toward our supportive family and destroy what she has worked so hard to build. Father, I also bring this young man's mother before You. She is acting like my daughter's mother and interfering in ways that harm my daughter, please stop that ungodly selfish influence. She encourages my daughter to take care of her son because she does not want to deal with his rebellious behavior. I pray that You correct this situation. Lead this young man's mother to take of her responsibility for guiding and correcting her own son rather than placing that burden and undue responsibilities on my daughter which place financial hardship on her and our family because we have to help her. My daughter has incurred a lot of debt since she moved in with this young man which was initiated by this young man's mother. Lord, remove all the pride, manipulation, look down upon, and harmful words that make my daughter feel small, ashamed, or feel that my daughter has to play as if she has to be dependent on them or put our family down to make his mother feel good about guiding her. Jesus, teach this mother that my daughter is not homeless and that she has a supportive family and that my daughter needs her guidance or her approval. Father, I am concerned for my daughter's health. She already struggles with breathing, and this young man continues habits like smoking that make it worse. Jesus, protect her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her physically. Jesus, I pray that my daughter will not move deeper into this ungodly situation or become more dependent on them. Instead, lead her away from this unhealthy environment and guide her back to a place of stability, safety, love, and wisdom. Bring her back home where she can rebuild her strength, her health, and her future. Father, stop the division that has been created between my daughter and our family due to this young man's rebellious controlling behaviors. Lord, heal the hurt and restore love, communication, love, and respect. Lord, please protect me and my other children from the bullying, judgment, division, and hurtful words that have come from this situation. Give peace and strength while Your work in ways only You can, Lord. Jesus, I ask for strength for myself and for my other children. Heal the hurt we feel in this troubling situation. Saturate us with peace in our heart and protect our family division. Jesus, bless my daughter back to a path that will bless her life rather than destroy it. I declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand. Every scheme to divide, isolate, and destroy my family will fail, for the Lord fights for them (Exodus 14:14). I plead the blood of Jesus over every member of my household, covering us with Your protection, peace, and favor. May we walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may our lives reflect Your glory to all who know us. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you before the throne of grace and we hear the heaviness of your heart for your family, and we join our faith with yours in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank you for lifting up your household so boldly and for pleading the precious blood of Jesus over every member, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places as written in Ephesians 6:12, and we know that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world as you have declared from 1 John 4:4.

We agree with you that no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper as promised in Isaiah 54:17, and that He has stripped the principalities and the powers and made a show of them openly triumphing over them in it from Colossians 2:15. We declare with you that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus according to Philippians 4:7, and that the Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace from Exodus 14:14.

We must speak clearly in love about what you have rightly discerned concerning your older daughter. You are correct to call this living together outside of marriage what the Bible calls it, which is fornication and sexual immorality. The Word says flee sexual immorality, every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body in 1 Corinthians 6:18, and that marriage is to be held in honor among all and the bed undefiled but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers in Hebrews 13:4. Living together as if married when not married is not courtship that honors God, it opens the door to spiritual bondage, deception, financial hardship, and the very division, exhaustion, and worthlessness you have seen. A godly relationship must be a courtship between a man and a woman who are believers in Christ with the goal of lifelong marriage as God intended, where a man loves his wife even as Christ also loved the church from Ephesians 5:25. We rebuke every spirit of fornication, manipulation, control, division, isolation, ungratefulness, hatred, and witchcraft and every word curse that has sought to infiltrate your home, and we declare that every generational curse has been broken at the cross for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law having become a curse for us in Galatians 3:13. We resist the enemy standing firm in the faith and he must flee as James 4:7 teaches.

We pray together now for your older daughter. Father in the name of Jesus Christ we lift this precious daughter to You. You see how she is entangled and burdened, carrying responsibilities that are not hers to carry, defending a relationship that dishonors You and drains her financially, physically and spiritually. Lord open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and to the red flags she has been blinded to. Remove stubbornness and pride and replace it with a hunger for righteousness. Let her see that this young man is not her husband, not her covering, and not her responsibility to care for, and that she belongs to You. Give her courage to turn away from this ungodly living arrangement and to come home to safety, stability and wisdom with no shame but with freedom and joy. Protect her health, her breathing, her finances, her credit and her reputation from further harm, for her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit from 1 Corinthians 6:19. Frustrate every plan to isolate and divide her from her mother and siblings and turn her heart back to You and to her family as You promised to turn the hearts of the children to their fathers in Malachi 4:6. We ask that You break the unhealthy soul tie and the hold this young man and his mother have over her and lead her to repentance and restoration.

We also lift up your younger daughter and we ask for Your divine hedge of protection around her heart and mind. Guard her from being swayed by the ungodly example set before her and from the divisive tactics that seek to draw her away and to damage the sweet bond she has with her sister and brother. Surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her to pursue purity and to seek a godly husband who honors You and values the sanctity of marriage, for we are taught not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers in 2 Corinthians 6:14. Keep her heart grateful, respectful and tender toward You and toward her family.

We lift up your beloved son and we thank You for his life, for he is fearfully and wonderfully made in Psalm 139:14 and he is a blessing and not a burden. We ask You to surround him with love, acceptance and protection. We rebuke every word curse, every look of hatred, mockery, exclusion and every spirit that would make him feel worthless or isolated. Command every spiritual attack to flee and never return. Saturate him with Your peace and let his relationships with his mother, his sisters, his caregivers and extended family be strengthened and filled with joy. Bring into his life only those who will uplift and cherish him and remove any influence that looks down on him.

Father we bring this young man and his mother before You. We do not wrestle against them as people but against the spiritual influences driving division and control. We ask You to convict and correct where correction is needed, to teach this mother to take responsibility for guiding and correcting her own son rather than placing that burden on another man's daughter, and to stop every manipulative and divisive word and action that causes chaos and strife. Let every scheme to divide and destroy this family fail.

We pray for the complete restoration of your home. Mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded and restore what has been lost. Let Your presence make this home a sanctuary where love, unity and peace reign. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus from Philippians 4:19 and rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty. Restore unconditional love, joy, fellowship and gratefulness among you all.

We thank You Lord that nothing is impossible for You as declared in Luke 1:37 and that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Strengthen this mother who has stood in the gap with such faithfulness, give her and her children courage and peace while You work in ways only You can, and let Your will be done swiftly for their good and Your glory. We pray for godly spouses in Your perfect timing for both daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church and lead them in righteousness and honor the covenant of marriage between a man and a woman for a lifetime.

We plead the blood of Jesus over every member of this household today, covering you all with His protection, peace and favor, and we declare that you will walk in the fullness of His blessings. In the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We have been reading your prayer and we can feel how much love you carry for each of your children and how exhausting these months have been. Wanting to protect your older daughter while also guarding your younger daughter and your son, and holding your home together, is a lot to carry at once.

We hear your deepest longing is for restoration and peace in your family, and for your older daughter to be safe and free and able to see clearly what this relationship is costing her, in health, finances and connection with family. It makes sense you feel torn between wanting to step in and wanting to keep the door open so she still feels she can come home.

One thing that often helps in a painful season like this is to keep steady, brief, loving contact with her that is not centered on the relationship itself, reminding her she is loved and welcome, while also getting support for yourself. It can help to talk with a trusted pastor or counselor in person who knows your family and can walk with you on boundaries, especially around financial help and communication with your younger daughter. And with your concern about her breathing and the smoking in the home, we encourage you to gently urge her to see her doctor for care, as we continue to pray for her health.

Father, in Jesus name we lift this family to You. Guard each heart with Your peace, protect the children, bring clarity and wisdom to the older daughter, and give this mom strength and rest as she trusts You day by day. Amen.

Your cry on behalf of your household has been heard and we join you before the throne of grace where our Lord hears the cries of His children. We have lifted your family before the Lord, pleading the precious blood of Jesus over each one, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, and the blood of Jesus has overcome every power of darkness.

We stand with you in affirming what Scripture teaches, that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that living together outside of that covenant is not marriage. As you have rightly discerned, to live in this way dishonors the Lord and opens the door to bondage and deception, for the body is not for immorality but for the Lord, and we are called to flee such entanglements and to glorify God. For this reason we do not ask God to bless what He calls sin, but we ask Him to bring conviction, clarity and holy deliverance, that your older daughter may see the true nature of this path and be set free by His grace.

There is great hope for you in the picture of the prodigal. Our Lord tells us the father saw his son when he was yet a great way off, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him in much love. Those repeated kisses meant much love, much forgiveness and full restoration. The son would have said make me as a hired servant, but the father's kiss stopped him and acknowledged his sonship again, as if he had never gone away. Before there was music or dancing in the house, before the family fellowship was restored, the father kissed him. So we pray that your daughter, who like the prodigal has interests apart from her father and has spent her strength in a far country, may come to herself. The journey home is long and weary, but the Father has a long range of eyesight and He sees her even now with pity. We pray that the Lord would grant her that moment when, as with Peter, a look from the Lord brings her to repentance, and that she would resolve, I will arise and go unto my father, and find not reproach but exceeding joy and full restoration.

We pray for your older daughter that the Lord would open her eyes to the destruction, financial hardship, exhaustion and sense of worthlessness this ungodly living arrangement has brought, and to the disrespect, isolation and division it has sown in your home. May the stubbornness that has taken root be broken and replaced with a hunger for righteousness and for the wisdom that is found in her father's house. We ask the Lord to show her that this young man is not her husband, not her head, not one to be obeyed before her faith, her parents and her family, and that she is not responsible to carry him. We ask Him to frustrate every plan and scheme to isolate and divide her from those who love her, to guard her health as she struggles to breathe and is harmed by habits in that house, to protect her finances, her credit, her reputation and her future, and to lead her swiftly back to safety, stability and joy with no regret but with a sense of freedom that only Christ can give. We pray that she would no longer defend a false image of this relationship, but would speak truthfully and see the selfishness, laziness and dishonesty for what it is, and that she would be kept from moving deeper into dependence upon it.

We lift up your younger daughter, that she would remain steadfast and not be swayed by the ungodly example set before her. May the Lord protect the sweet bond she has with her sister and brother, guard her heart from divisive tactics, and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her to honor the sanctity of marriage and to seek a spouse who walks in the ways of the Lord. We pray she would not grow ungrateful or hateful, but would be kept in love and fellowship within your home.

We lift up your son, whom God has given as a blessing and not a burden. May he be surrounded by love, acceptance and protection, and know the unconditional love of Christ. We ask the Lord to command every spirit of hatred, mockery, exclusion and every word curse to flee and never return to torment him, and to block every demeaning look or word spoken over him. May his relationships with you, his sisters, his caregivers and your extended family be strengthened, and may every influence that looks down on him be removed and replaced with those who will uplift and cherish him. May the peace of God which passes all understanding guard his heart and mind.

We pray for you who bear this heavy burden. The Lord fights for you, and we ask Him to mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded and restore what has been lost, that your home would be a sanctuary of His presence where love, unity and peace reign. We ask Him to provide for your financial needs according to His riches, not for selfish gain but that you may be a testimony of His provision, and to rebuke the spirit of lack that has come through this trial. We pray for that young man and his mother, not that their influence would remain, but that the Lord would correct what is wrong, that the mother would take responsibility for guiding her own son rather than placing undue burdens upon your daughter, and that both would come to know the truth of the gospel and turn from manipulation, control and pride. We ask the Lord to remove every negative influence, every word curse and every chain, and to replace them with godly mentors and friendships that draw your family closer to Christ.

We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that every scheme to divide and destroy your family will fail. May the Lord in His mercy bring your daughter home, and may there be music and dancing again in your house, as when the prodigal returned and the father rejoiced over him. Continue to seek Him in family worship and prayer, trusting that He who began a good work will perfect it, and that He is able to do far more than we ask or think. We will continue to bear you up, praying that the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds until restoration comes in His perfect time. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
