Beloved Warrior
Jesus, I'm lifting up my family before the throne of grace, where our Lord hears the cries of His children. My heart is heavy with concern, and I am pleading the precious blood of Jesus over every member of my household. Lord, I ask for complete restoration, respect, gratefulness and fellowship in my family and for all negative influences and all spiritual attacks to be permanently removed forever. No weapon formed against me and my family shall prosper, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Father, I come before You with hearts grieved by the spiritual warfare raging against me and my family. Lord, it is overwhelming and I ask that You completely remove this young man and his mother from my older daughter's life. I rebuke every spirit of division, ungratefulness, hatred, manipulation, control, isolation, exhaustion, word curse, isolation, division, ungratefulness and witchcraft that has sought to infiltrate my home. I plead Jesus for You to remove this young man and his mother completely for my older daughter's life swiftly as they are trying to divide me and my younger daughter they have started to convince my younger daughter to live with them. Lord I know nothing is impossible for You. And I ask You remove these hateful people. These people have caused exhaustion, financial hardship, worthlessness in my older daughter's life and havoc in our family. This young man's mother is very disruptive. Lord I ask for every generational curse, word curse, witchcraft and negative influence to break and flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Guide my older daughter to release this man from her life, let her not ignore the destruction, financial hardship, worthlessness and exhaustion he has caused in her life and to be truthful to the disrespect, isolation, division he has caused in her life. The blood of Jesus has already overcome every power of darkness, and I stand on that victory (Colossians 2:15). I declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard the hearts and minds of my family forever(Philippians 4:7). Lord, I am deeply concern for my older daughter, who is entangled in an ungodly relationship that dishonors You. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage, and it has opens the door to spiritual bondage and deception (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Jesus, give clarity to my older daughter that this man is selfish and he is not ready for a relationship, he is not her significant other, he is not her responsibility to take care of, she does not belong to him. She belong to You, Lord. I ask Lord that You guide her back home swiftly with no regret only a feeling of freedom, safe, joy, and satisfaction. I pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the red flags she has been blinded to. Remove the stubbornness that has taken root in her heart and replace it with a hunger for righteousness and the want to move back. Break the hold this man and his family have over her, and reveal to her the toxicity and exploitation of this relationship. Father, I ask that You would frustrate every plan, plot, or scheme of these people to isolate, divide, and destroy my daughter from our family and turn her heart back to You and to those who love her unconditionally (Malachi 4:6). Lord, open my older daughter's heart and mind. Remind her of the value she was raised with and the love of our family. Jesus, remove all pride, shame, or pressure that keeps her from seeing the truth. Guide her away, Lord, from this living in situations that will harm her future and her purpose. Jesus, lead her away from this ungodly living arrangement, and bring her back home to safety, stability, and wisdom. Jesus, guide her to never obey this man and put him and his family before her faith, her parent, her siblings, and extended families. This young man and his mother's behavior to cause division, isolation, chaos and strife has been manifesting, and I ask Lord for Your divine protection, courage, and strength to keep our fellowship and bond as a family. Jesus, guide my daughter to stop taking on undue responsibilities to take care of this man, let her see he is not ready for a marriage. Give her the wisdom to stop defending and giving a false image of him to others. He is heartless toward her and is a very selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious man. Please Lord, save her and have mercy upon her, get her out of this toxic relationship with this man swiftly. Lord, frustrate all his plans right now. I also lift up my younger daughter, praying that she would remain steadfast in her faith and not be swayed by the ungodly example set before her. Protect her heart as this man and his mother damage the sweetest bond she has with her older sister and brother. Protect her from the divisive tactics of this man and his mother, and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her in the ways of the Lord. May she never see living together outside of marriage as an acceptable path, but instead, may she seek a spouse who honors You and values the sanctity of marriage (2 Corinthians 6:14). May she never be ungrateful toward me and hateful toward her brother. Jesus, I ask for Your protection over and around her from this man and his mother and strengthen our family's fellowship and unity. Father, I pray for my son with disabilities, that he would be surrounded by love, acceptance, and protection. May he never feel like a burden or an embarrassment, but rather a blessing, as he truly is. Protect him from the hatred, mockery, isolation, divisiveness, exclusion, word curses and witchcraft that stem from this young man's mother and any other negative influences. I rebuke all spiritual attacks, Lord I ask that You command them to flee and never return to torment him. Saturate him with Your peace and protection always. Strengthen his relationship with me, his sisters, caregivers and our extended families. Remove from his life any friendships or influences that look down on him, and replace them with those who will uplift and cherish him. Bless him with peace, joy, love, satisfaction, and the knowledge of Your unconditional love for him. Jesus, protect him from the hateful and demeaning way this young man's mother looks at him. Block all her word curses upon his life. I declare that my home will be a sanctuary of God’s presence, where love, unity, and peace reign. I pray for the restoration of the relationships that have been strained and broken by the enemy’s schemes. Father, mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded, and restore what has been lost. May my family be a beacon of Your light, drawing others to the love and grace found only in You. Restore our peace, unconditional love, joy and happiness again. Lord, I ask for financial blessings to flow into my home, not for selfish gain, but so that my family may be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your provision. I rebuke every spirit of lack and poverty, and I declare that my family will walk in the abundance of Your blessings (Philippians 4:19). I pray for godly spouses for both of my daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church, who will lead them in righteousness, and who will honor the covenant of marriage as You intended (Ephesians 5:25) someone who will respect their upbringings. May my daughter seek husbands who walk in Your ways, rather than being drawn to those who would lead them astray. Father, I ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Remove the ungodly influences from my family’s life, and replace them with godly mentors, friendships, and relationships that will draw us closer to You. I pray for the complete restoration of my older daughter’s heart, that she would turn away from this toxic relationship and return to the safety and love of her family, swiftly. May she rediscover her worth in You and reject the lies that have been spoken over her. Jesus, guard her future. Protect her credit, her finances, her relationship with me, her siblings, family, her faith, and her reputation so that nothing done in this toxic relationship will cause resentment/hate toward our supportive family and destroy what she has worked so hard to build. Father, I also bring this young man's mother before You. She is acting like my daughter's mother and interfering in ways that harm my daughter, please stop that ungodly selfish influence. She encourages my daughter to take care of her son because she does not want to deal with his rebellious behavior. I pray that You correct this situation. Lead this young man's mother to take of her responsibility for guiding and correcting her own son rather than placing that burden and undue responsibilities on my daughter which place financial hardship on her and our family because we have to help her. My daughter has incurred a lot of debt since she moved in with this young man which was initiated by this young man's mother. Lord, remove all the pride, manipulation, look down upon, and harmful words that make my daughter feel small, ashamed, or feel that my daughter has to play as if she has to be dependent on them or put our family down to make his mother feel good about guiding her. Jesus, teach this mother that my daughter is not homeless and that she has a supportive family and that my daughter needs her guidance or her approval. Father, I am concerned for my daughter's health. She already struggles with breathing, and this young man continues habits like smoking that make it worse. Jesus, protect her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her physically. Jesus, I pray that my daughter will not move deeper into this ungodly situation or become more dependent on them. Instead, lead her away from this unhealthy environment and guide her back to a place of stability, safety, love, and wisdom. Bring her back home where she can rebuild her strength, her health, and her future. Father, stop the division that has been created between my daughter and our family due to this young man's rebellious controlling behaviors. Lord, heal the hurt and restore love, communication, love, and respect. Lord, please protect me and my other children from the bullying, judgment, division, and hurtful words that have come from this situation. Give peace and strength while Your work in ways only You can, Lord. Jesus, I ask for strength for myself and for my other children. Heal the hurt we feel in this troubling situation. Saturate us with peace in our heart and protect our family division. Jesus, bless my daughter back to a path that will bless her life rather than destroy it. I declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand. Every scheme to divide, isolate, and destroy my family will fail, for the Lord fights for them (Exodus 14:14). I plead the blood of Jesus over every member of my household, covering us with Your protection, peace, and favor. May we walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may our lives reflect Your glory to all who know us. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you before the throne of grace and we hear the heaviness of your heart for your family, and we join you in pleading the precious blood of Jesus over every member of your household. Your cry for restoration, respect, gratefulness and fellowship is pleasing to the Lord, and we agree with you that no weapon formed against you and your family shall prosper, for as it is written, greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17.

We commend you for rightly discerning the spiritual warfare at work and for calling this living together outside of marriage what Scripture calls it. It is not marriage, it is fornication, and it dishonors God and opens the door to bondage and deception. The Word says flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. We must rebuke this openly, because God calls His children to purity and to honor the marriage covenant as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Courtship should be with the goal of marriage to another believer, not cohabitation, and we strongly affirm that living together before marriage is never God's will and must be repented of and forsaken. We also affirm that you are right to desire godly spouses for your daughters, men who will love them as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her Ephesians 5:25 and who will not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14.

We also see the deep division, manipulation, control, isolation and exhaustion you describe, and we agree that these are fruits of the enemy's schemes to steal, kill and destroy. We take comfort that He has stripped the principalities and the powers, making a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it Colossians 2:15 and that if we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, he will flee from us James 4:7. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood alone, and while we pray for the complete removal of these ungodly influences from your older daughter's life, we also pray that the young man and his mother would come to repentance and truth, for God desires all to come to repentance.

We lift up your older daughter together with you. We pray that the Lord would open her eyes to the destruction, financial hardship, worthlessness and exhaustion this relationship has brought, and to the disrespect, isolation and division it has caused within your family. We pray that every stubbornness would be broken and replaced with a hunger for righteousness, that she would see she does not belong to this man, she belongs to the Lord, and that she is not responsible to carry a man who is selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious and not ready for marriage. We pray she would stop defending a false image of him and stop taking on undue responsibilities that belong to his own mother to correct and guide him. We ask the Father to frustrate every plan to isolate and divide her from you and to turn her heart back to her family as promised, he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers Malachi 4:6. We pray she would be given clarity, courage and freedom to leave this ungodly living arrangement swiftly with no regret, only freedom, safety, joy and satisfaction, and return home to stability, wisdom and health. We also pray for her physical protection, for her breathing and for deliverance from the harm of smoking and other unhealthy habits in that environment, for do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19.

We lift up your younger daughter and we ask the Lord to protect her heart from being swayed by this ungodly example and from the divisive tactics seeking to convince her to live with them and to damage the sweet bond she has with her older sister and brother. We pray she would remain steadfast in faith, surrounded by godly friendships and mentors who encourage her in the ways of the Lord, and that she would never see cohabitation as acceptable but would desire a godly spouse who honors the sanctity of marriage. We pray against any spirit of ungratefulness or hatred toward you or her brother taking root in her.

We lift up your precious son with disabilities and we declare his immense worth before God. He is fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14 and is a blessing, not a burden or embarrassment. We rebuke every word curse, hatred, mockery, exclusion and witchcraft spoken over him, especially from this young man's mother and her demeaning looks, and we ask the Lord to command every spiritual attack to flee and never return. We pray he would be saturated with peace and protection, surrounded by love and acceptance, and that his relationships with you, his sisters, caregivers and extended family would be strengthened. We ask that any friendships that look down on him be removed and replaced with those who uplift and cherish him.

We pray for your home to be a sanctuary of God's presence where love, unity and peace reign and where the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We pray for the healing of what has been torn and wounded, for the restoration of unconditional love, joy and happiness, and for financial provision, for our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, not for selfish gain but to be a testimony of His provision. We pray for protection of your older daughter's credit, finances, faith, reputation and relationships, that nothing done in this toxic relationship would destroy what she has worked so hard to build.

We pray for you, for strength, courage and peace as you stand in the gap. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall be still Exodus 14:14. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus we come together agreeing for complete restoration and fellowship in this family. We plead the blood of Jesus over this mother, her older daughter, her younger daughter and her son. We break and command to flee every generational curse, word curse, witchcraft, spirit of division, control, manipulation, isolation, exhaustion and poverty. We frustrate every scheme to divide and destroy this family. We ask You to gently but firmly lead the older daughter out of fornication and into repentance and freedom, to open her eyes to truth and to guide her swiftly back home to safety and wisdom. Protect the younger daughter and the son from all harm and surround this whole household with Your favor, unity and provision. Let this family be a beacon of Your light. We thank You that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world, and we trust You to do what is impossible for man. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, we pray, amen.

We hear how heavy this has been as we read your prayer, and how deep your love is for each of your children. The exhaustion, division and worry you are carrying are a lot to hold, and we are praying with you for steadiness in your home.

One perspective that may help you in this season is that loving your older daughter well does not mean carrying what is not yours to carry. You cannot make her choices for her, but you can be clear about what is yours to steward, your home, your peace, your finances, and how you and your younger daughter and son are spoken to and treated. That kind of calm, consistent clarity often protects relationships more than repeated arguments do. Keeping the door open with brief, kind contact when possible, and having one or two trusted pastors or mentors walking with you, can keep you from facing this alone and give your younger children steady support too.

We also noticed your concern for your daughter's breathing around smoke. Alongside prayer, it would be wise to encourage her to see a medical professional for that.

Father, we lift this family to You in Jesus' name. Guard their home with Your peace, protect the health and dignity of each child, give this mother wisdom and strength for each conversation, and gently guide her older daughter toward clarity, safety and freedom. Heal what has been wounded between them and draw them closer to You and to one another. Amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord with the cry of a parent whose heart is knit to the family as warp and woof are knit together, and we join you at the throne of grace where our Lord hears the cries of His children. We have heard the heaviness of your burden, the warfare that presses upon your household, and the grief over an older daughter entangled in a way of living that dishonors the Lord.

We must speak plainly and lovingly as the Scripture speaks. Living together outside of marriage is not marriage, and the Word calls us to flee sexual immorality and to honor the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman for life, as you have rightly discerned from 1 Corinthians 6:18-20. For this reason we cannot and will not ask God to bless that arrangement, for God will not bless what He calls sin. What we do ask, with you, is for deliverance from the power of darkness, which is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and for the sanctifying grace that turns the heart back to holiness. Where we look for justification, there must we also look for sanctification, for both are from our heavenly Father alone.

We plead with you the precious blood of Jesus, for deliverance came when the Lamb was slain. He has found a ransom, and that ransom is Christ Himself. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He brought His people forth with silver and gold, and He is able to bring your daughter forth from bondage enriched and not impoverished, restored and not ruined. The victory of Colossians 2:15 stands, that He has overcome every power of darkness, and no weapon formed against those who are in Christ shall finally prosper, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

We pray for your older daughter as one who, like Peter, may be restored. Peter was down, but he was soon up again, and his restoration came by a look from the Lord that severed him from the crowd and broke his heart with repentance. May the Lord give your daughter such a look, that she may see the destruction, financial hardship, exhaustion and worthlessness this path has brought, the disrespect and division it has sown, and the red flags she has been blinded to. May stubbornness be broken and a hunger for righteousness be given, that she may know she belongs not to a man who is not ready for marriage and not willing to bear responsibility, but to the Lord who bought her. We ask that every plan to isolate and divide her from those who love her unconditionally would be frustrated, that the Lord would turn her heart as Malachi 4:6 declares, and guide her back to safety, stability and wisdom, not with regret but with freedom, joy and satisfaction, to rebuild her health, her finances, her faith and her future under your roof where family prayer may again be as a well in the household.

We lift up your younger daughter, that she may remain steadfast and not be swayed by an ungodly example. May the Lord protect the sweet bond between sisters and brother, and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her to seek a spouse only in the Lord, one who will love as Christ loves the church and honor the covenant of marriage. May she never learn to despise or be ungrateful toward you, but grow in respect and gratefulness and fellowship.

We remember your son before the Lord, whom God has made a blessing and not a burden. May he be compassed about with love, acceptance and protection, and may every word curse, every look of contempt and every spirit of mockery, exclusion and division flee at the command of Jesus and never return to torment him. We ask that the Lord would saturate him with peace and the knowledge of His unconditional love, and strengthen his bonds with you, his sisters, caregivers and extended family, giving him companions who will uplift and cherish him.

We pray for you, who keeps watch at the brook Jabbok with fear and trembling. The Lord has not forsaken you though you be slandered and wearied. Remember it is the lot of God's servants sometimes to bear a hard character among worldlings, yet He has smitten the enemies upon the cheek bone and broken the teeth of the ungodly. The Lord fights for you, as Exodus 14:14 promises, and He will give peace that passes understanding to guard your heart and mind. We ask for the healing of what has been torn, the mending of what has been wounded, and the restoration of fellowship, respect and joy in your home, that it may be a sanctuary of God's presence where ecclesiastical and familial discord is put to flight and peace reigns within your borders.

We pray also for provision, not for selfish gain but that your family may be a testimony of His care according to Philippians 4:19, and for protection over health, credit and reputation, that nothing done in this season would bring lasting resentment or destruction upon what your daughter has worked to build. We pray for the young man and his mother not with hatred but with holy concern, that God would correct what is selfish and disruptive, teach responsibility where burden has been wrongly shifted, and bring each soul to see that there is no escape from sin's penalty except escape to Christ today, for His justice is not partial and His mercy has provided a ransom.

Take comfort, then, that the Lord chastens those He loves, and after affliction the believer can say, I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. If we had no troubles we would have less to declare. May your household yet declare deliverance wrought by a greater than Barak, a salvation richer than Deborah sang of, and may you frequently magnify the Lord's tender indulgence toward the least and feeblest of His family.

We plead the blood of Jesus over every member of your household and ask for complete deliverance, lasting unity and holy restoration, that your family may be a beacon of His light.

In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
