Family Protection

Beloved of All
Jesus, I'm lifting up my family before the throne of grace, where our Lord hears the cries of His children. My heart is heavy with concern, and I am pleading the precious blood of Jesus over every member of my household. Lord, I ask for complete restoration, respect, gratefulness and fellowship in my family and for all negative influences and all spiritual attacks to be permanently removed forever. No weapon formed against me and my family shall prosper, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Father, I come before You with hearts grieved by the spiritual warfare raging against me and my family. Lord, it is overwhelming and I ask that You completely remove this young man and his mother from my older daughter's life. I rebuke every spirit of division, ungratefulness, hatred, manipulation, control, isolation, exhaustion, word curse, isolation, division, ungratefulness and witchcraft that has sought to infiltrate my home. I plead Jesus for You to remove this young man and his mother completely for my older daughter's life swiftly as they are trying to divide me and my younger daughter they have started to convince my younger daughter to live with them. Lord I know nothing is impossible for You. And I ask You remove these hateful people. These people have caused exhaustion, financial hardship, worthlessness in my older daughter's life and havoc in our family. This young man's mother is very disruptive. Lord I ask for every generational curse, word curse, witchcraft and negative influence to break and flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Guide my older daughter to release this man from her life, let her not ignore the destruction, financial hardship, worthlessness and exhaustion he has caused in her life and to be truthful to the disrespect, isolation, division he has caused in her life. The blood of Jesus has already overcome every power of darkness, and I stand on that victory (Colossians 2:15). I declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard the hearts and minds of my family forever(Philippians 4:7). Lord, I am deeply concern for my older daughter, who is entangled in an ungodly relationship that dishonors You. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage, and it has opens the door to spiritual bondage and deception (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Jesus, give clarity to my older daughter that this man is selfish and he is not ready for a relationship, he is not her significant other, he is not her responsibility to take care of, she does not belong to him. She belong to You, Lord. I ask Lord that You guide her back home swiftly with no regret only a feeling of freedom, safe, joy, and satisfaction. I pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the red flags she has been blinded to. Remove the stubbornness that has taken root in her heart and replace it with a hunger for righteousness and the want to move back. Break the hold this man and his family have over her, and reveal to her the toxicity and exploitation of this relationship. Father, I ask that You would frustrate every plan, plot, or scheme of these people to isolate, divide, and destroy my daughter from our family and turn her heart back to You and to those who love her unconditionally (Malachi 4:6). Lord, open my older daughter's heart and mind. Remind her of the value she was raised with and the love of our family. Jesus, remove all pride, shame, or pressure that keeps her from seeing the truth. Guide her away, Lord, from this living in situations that will harm her future and her purpose. Jesus, lead her away from this ungodly living arrangement, and bring her back home to safety, stability, and wisdom. Jesus, guide her to never obey this man and put him and his family before her faith, her parent, her siblings, and extended families. This young man and his mother's behavior to cause division, isolation, chaos and strife has been manifesting, and I ask Lord for Your divine protection, courage, and strength to keep our fellowship and bond as a family. Jesus, guide my daughter to stop taking on undue responsibilities to take care of this man, let her see he is not ready for a marriage. Give her the wisdom to stop defending and giving a false image of him to others. He is heartless toward her and is a very selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious man. Please Lord, save her and have mercy upon her, get her out of this toxic relationship with this man swiftly. Lord, frustrate all his plans right now. I also lift up my younger daughter, praying that she would remain steadfast in her faith and not be swayed by the ungodly example set before her. Protect her heart as this man and his mother damage the sweetest bond she has with her older sister and brother. Protect her from the divisive tactics of this man and his mother, and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her in the ways of the Lord. May she never see living together outside of marriage as an acceptable path, but instead, may she seek a spouse who honors You and values the sanctity of marriage (2 Corinthians 6:14). May she never be ungrateful toward me and hateful toward her brother. Jesus, I ask for Your protection over and around her from this man and his mother and strengthen our family's fellowship and unity. Father, I pray for my son with disabilities, that he would be surrounded by love, acceptance, and protection. May he never feel like a burden or an embarrassment, but rather a blessing, as he truly is. Protect him from the hatred, mockery, isolation, divisiveness, exclusion, word curses and witchcraft that stem from this young man's mother and any other negative influences. I rebuke all spiritual attacks, Lord I ask that You command them to flee and never return to torment him. Saturate him with Your peace and protection always. Strengthen his relationship with me, his sisters, caregivers and our extended families. Remove from his life any friendships or influences that look down on him, and replace them with those who will uplift and cherish him. Bless him with peace, joy, love, satisfaction, and the knowledge of Your unconditional love for him. Jesus, protect him from the hateful and demeaning way this young man's mother looks at him. Block all her word curses upon his life. I declare that my home will be a sanctuary of God’s presence, where love, unity, and peace reign. I pray for the restoration of the relationships that have been strained and broken by the enemy’s schemes. Father, mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded, and restore what has been lost. May my family be a beacon of Your light, drawing others to the love and grace found only in You. Restore our peace, unconditional love, joy and happiness again. Lord, I ask for financial blessings to flow into my home, not for selfish gain, but so that my family may be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your provision. I rebuke every spirit of lack and poverty, and I declare that my family will walk in the abundance of Your blessings (Philippians 4:19). I pray for godly spouses for both of my daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church, who will lead them in righteousness, and who will honor the covenant of marriage as You intended (Ephesians 5:25) someone who will respect their upbringings. May my daughter seek husbands who walk in Your ways, rather than being drawn to those who would lead them astray. Father, I ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Remove the ungodly influences from my family’s life, and replace them with godly mentors, friendships, and relationships that will draw us closer to You. I pray for the complete restoration of my older daughter’s heart, that she would turn away from this toxic relationship and return to the safety and love of her family, swiftly. May she rediscover her worth in You and reject the lies that have been spoken over her. Jesus, guard her future. Protect her credit, her finances, her relationship with me, her siblings, family, her faith, and her reputation so that nothing done in this toxic relationship will cause resentment/hate toward our supportive family and destroy what she has worked so hard to build. Father, I also bring this young man's mother before You. She is acting like my daughter's mother and interfering in ways that harm my daughter, please stop that ungodly selfish influence. She encourages my daughter to take care of her son because she does not want to deal with his rebellious behavior. I pray that You correct this situation. Lead this young man's mother to take of her responsibility for guiding and correcting her own son rather than placing that burden and undue responsibilities on my daughter which place financial hardship on her and our family because we have to help her. My daughter has incurred a lot of debt since she moved in with this young man which was initiated by this young man's mother. Lord, remove all the pride, manipulation, look down upon, and harmful words that make my daughter feel small, ashamed, or feel that my daughter has to play as if she has to be dependent on them or put our family down to make his mother feel good about guiding her. Jesus, teach this mother that my daughter is not homeless and that she has a supportive family and that my daughter needs her guidance or her approval. Father, I am concerned for my daughter's health. She already struggles with breathing, and this young man continues habits like smoking that make it worse. Jesus, protect her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her physically. Jesus, I pray that my daughter will not move deeper into this ungodly situation or become more dependent on them. Instead, lead her away from this unhealthy environment and guide her back to a place of stability, safety, love, and wisdom. Bring her back home where she can rebuild her strength, her health, and her future. Father, stop the division that has been created between my daughter and our family due to this young man's rebellious controlling behaviors. Lord, heal the hurt and restore love, communication, love, and respect. Lord, please protect me and my other children from the bullying, judgment, division, and hurtful words that have come from this situation. Give peace and strength while Your work in ways only You can, Lord. Jesus, I ask for strength for myself and for my other children. Heal the hurt we feel in this troubling situation. Saturate us with peace in our heart and protect our family division. Jesus, bless my daughter back to a path that will bless her life rather than destroy it. I declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand. Every scheme to divide, isolate, and destroy my family will fail, for the Lord fights for them (Exodus 14:14). I plead the blood of Jesus over every member of my household, covering us with Your protection, peace, and favor. May we walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may our lives reflect Your glory to all who know us. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We join you before the throne of grace and we lift up your family with you, for we know our Lord hears the cries of His children and we stand together on the victory that is already won through the precious blood of Jesus. Your heart is heavy and we share that burden with you, pleading the covering of Christ over every member of your household and asking for complete restoration, respect, gratefulness and fellowship to be restored in your home.

We are reminded that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, and that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We stand on the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that He disarmed the principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in the cross Colossians 2:15. We rebuke every spirit of division, manipulation, control, isolation, hatred, ungratefulness, word curses and witchcraft that has sought to infiltrate your home, and we declare that every generational curse and negative influence must break and flee in the mighty name of Jesus, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13.

We must speak clearly about what you have rightly discerned concerning your older daughter. Living together outside of marriage is not marriage in the eyes of God, it is fornication and sexual immorality, and Scripture warns us to flee sexual immorality for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. You are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14 and marriage is to be held in honor among all and the marriage bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4. A boyfriend and girlfriend relationship is to be understood as courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, leading to a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman as God intended, where a husband loves his wife even as Christ also loved the church Ephesians 5:25. This young man is not her husband, he is not her covering, she does not belong to him, she belongs to the Lord, and she is not called to carry the undue responsibility of caring for a man who is selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious and not ready for marriage. We pray that the Lord opens her eyes to the red flags she has been blinded to, removes stubbornness and pride and shame, and replaces it with a hunger for righteousness and a desire for truth. We ask that she sees the financial hardship, the exhaustion, the sense of worthlessness, the isolation and disrespect for what they are, and that she finds the courage to turn away from this toxic and exploitative living arrangement and return to the safety, stability and wisdom of home with a feeling of freedom and joy rather than regret.

We bring this young man and his mother before the Lord together with you. We do not pray out of hatred, for we are called to love our enemies, but we do ask for divine protection and for God to frustrate every plan and scheme to divide, isolate and destroy your daughter and your family and to turn the hearts of the children to their parents Malachi 4:6. We ask that the Lord restrain this mother from taking a role that is not hers and from placing the burden of correcting and providing for her son upon your daughter, which has brought debt and hardship upon her and upon you as you have had to help. We pray that any influence that encourages your younger daughter to leave your home and live with them would be completely removed, and that the Lord would block every divisive tactic and word curse spoken over your household. We pray also for conviction and repentance in their own lives, that they would come to know the truth.

We lift up your younger daughter with you and ask the Lord to keep her steadfast in her faith and not swayed by the ungodly example set before her. We pray she will be surrounded by godly friendships and mentors who encourage her in the ways of the Lord, that she will never see living together outside of marriage as acceptable, but will desire a godly spouse who honors the Lord and values the sanctity of marriage. We ask that the sweet bond she has with her older sister and her brother would be protected and strengthened, and that no root of ungratefulness or hatred toward you or her brother would take hold.

We lift up your son and we thank God for his life, for he is fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14 and he is a blessing and not a burden. We ask the Lord to surround him with love, acceptance and protection, to saturate him with peace, and to rebuke every word of mockery, hatred, exclusion and every word curse spoken against him, especially the hateful and demeaning looks and words from this young man's mother. We command those attacks to flee and never return, and we ask the Lord to strengthen his relationship with you, his sisters, his caregivers and your extended family, replacing any friendship that looks down on him with those who will uplift and cherish him.

We pray for your own strength and for healing from the exhaustion, financial strain and hurt this season has caused. We ask for the peace of God which surpasses all understanding to guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We pray for your daughter's health, for her breathing difficulties that are worsened by smoking in that home, and ask the Lord to protect her body which is a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19 and to open her eyes to the physical harm this environment is causing. We pray for your finances, that God would supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, rebuking the spirit of lack, so that your family may be a blessing to others and a testimony of His provision. We pray for godly husbands for both of your daughters in the Lord's timing, men who will love them as Christ loves the church and lead them in righteousness and respect their upbringing.

We declare together that your home will be a sanctuary of God's presence where love, unity and peace reign, and that what the enemy has torn and wounded the Lord will mend and heal and restore. We declare that the Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace Exodus 14:14 and that every scheme to divide your family will fail.

Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over this mother, her older daughter, her younger daughter and her son, over their minds, bodies, finances, reputations and relationships. We ask You to gently but swiftly lead the older daughter out of this ungodly cohabitation and back to safety, to restore fellowship, communication, respect and unconditional love in this family, and to let Your will be done in every detail. We thank You that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we trust You to guard this family and to bring complete restoration. In the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, by whom we have access to the Father and in whom we have redemption through His blood, we pray. Amen.

We hear how heavy and exhausting this has been for you, and we have been praying for you and your family. Loving your older daughter while worrying about her health, her finances, and the distance growing between you is painful, and at the same time you are trying to protect your younger daughter and your son and keep your home peaceful. It is a lot to carry.

What has helped many parents in a painful season like this is holding both love and clear boundaries at the same time. That can look like keeping steady, brief, kind contact that reminds your older daughter she is loved and always welcome home, without trying to control her decisions. It also means being calm and consistent about what you can and cannot do, especially around financial help, so you are not taking on responsibilities that are not yours to carry. Those limits are not unloving, they help protect your energy and keep your home a stable place for your younger daughter and your son. It helps to not walk this alone, so staying connected to a trusted pastor or mature mentor for wisdom and support can be a steady help. And with your concern about your daughter's breathing, we encourage you to keep urging her to see a medical professional, alongside prayer for her health.

Father, we lift this family to You. Cover this mother and her children with Your peace, give her wisdom and rest as she loves them well, protect her daughters and her son, and gently lead her older daughter toward clarity, safety and wholeness. Heal what is wounded and draw them together in love close to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we bow with you before the throne of grace where our Lord hears the cries of His children. We join you in pleading the precious blood of Jesus over your household, for deliverance from sin and from the power of darkness is solely by the power of God and by the ransom which He Himself has found and provided in Christ.

We do not ask the Lord to bless what His Word calls sin, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone and marriage is His holy ordinance, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to marriage is to be kept within that covenant. To live together outside of marriage is to walk in disobedience and to open the door to spiritual bondage and deception, as you have rightly discerned from 1 Corinthians 6:18-20. Therefore we pray not for the continuance of this entanglement but for deliverance from it.

We pray with you that the Lord who alone brings forth His people from bondage will bring your older daughter forth from this snare. As Israel was brought forth when the lamb was slain, so may she be brought forth by the power of the blood. We ask that the Lord would open her eyes to the truth of His Word, remove stubbornness and pride and shame, and give her a hunger for righteousness. May she see clearly the destruction, financial hardship, exhaustion and worthlessness this ungodly living arrangement has brought, and the disrespect, division and isolation it has sown in your home. May that look of Christ which restored Peter, severing him from the crowd and bringing him to repentance, be granted to her, that she may be restored and turn with no regret but with freedom, safety, joy and satisfaction to the place of wisdom and stability you have provided.

We ask the Father to frustrate every plan and scheme that would isolate and divide your family, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. We pray that every generational curse, word curse and work of darkness would flee at the name of Jesus, for He has triumphed over principalities and powers at the cross. We ask that the influence of this young man and his mother, which has sought to draw both your daughters away and to place undue burdens upon your older daughter, would be broken and removed. May the Lord teach all parties what is right and take away manipulation and control, and may your daughter be released from the false responsibility of caring for a man who is not her husband and who has shown himself selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious.

We lift up your younger daughter, that she may remain steadfast and not be swayed by an ungodly example. May the Lord guard her heart, surround her with godly friendships and mentors, and keep before her the beauty of marriage as God intended, that she would not be unequally yoked but would in due time, if the Lord wills, be joined to a man who loves Christ and will love her as Christ loves the church. Keep her from ungratefulness and preserve the sweet bond she shares with her sister and brother.

We remember before the Lord your son, precious in His sight and a blessing to your home. May the Lord be his shield and his peace. We ask that every word of hatred, mockery, exclusion and cursing spoken against him would fall powerless to the ground, and that he would know himself surrounded by love, acceptance and protection. Strengthen his fellowship with you, his sisters, his caregivers and your extended family, and give him joy and the assurance of the unconditional love of God in Christ.

We pray for your home, that it may be as that well in the family of which the saints have spoken, where in prayer with the children all necessities are brought before God. May the peace of God which passes all understanding guard your hearts and minds, may love and unity be restored where the enemy has torn and wounded, and may the Lord heal what has been broken. We ask for His provision for your finances according to Philippians 4:19, not for selfish gain but that you may abound in every good work and be a testimony of His care.

We pray for godly spouses for your daughters in the Lord's time, men who will honor their upbringing, lead in righteousness and cherish the covenant of marriage. And we pray for your own strength, that the Lord who chastens those whom He loves will also sustain you, and that you will live to declare the works of the Lord after this affliction, giving all glory to Free Grace alone.

We plead the blood of Jesus over each member of your household and declare that the Lord fights for you. May He keep you, keep your children, and bring your older daughter home to safety and to faith, to the glory of His name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your burden for your family has been heard, and we join you before the throne of grace with deep compassion for what you and your children are carrying. We lift your household to the Lord Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved, asking for His protection, His peace, and His power to restore what has been strained and broken.

We agree with you that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that living together and sharing the intimacies of marriage outside of that covenant does not honor God. Scripture calls us to flee sexual immorality and to honor God with our bodies, because our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. For that reason we will not ask God to bless that living arrangement, but we will ask Him with you to bring clarity, conviction, and freedom to your older daughter, that she would see the harm and deception in it and be drawn back to the Lord and to the safety and love of her family.

We pray for your older daughter now. Father, open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and to the red flags she has not been able to see. Remove stubbornness and pride and shame, and give her a hunger for righteousness. Show her that she belongs to You, not to this young man, and that she is not responsible to carry and provide for him. Break every unhealthy tie and every influence that has brought exhaustion, financial hardship, feelings of worthlessness, division and isolation. Frustrate every plan that would keep her bound or dependent, and guide her to a place of freedom, safety, joy and wholeness. Protect her health, her finances, her reputation, her faith and her future, and give her courage to walk away from what is harming her. Lead her, in Your mercy, back to stability and wisdom, and in Your timing provide a godly husband who will love her as Christ loves the church, if it is Your will for her to marry.

We also lift up your younger daughter. Keep her heart steadfast in faith and guard her from being swayed by a poor example. Protect the sweet bond she has with her siblings. Surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her to value purity and the sanctity of marriage, and to walk in respect and gratitude within the family. Guard her from division and manipulation.

We pray for your son. Thank you for his life, created in Your image and deeply loved. Surround him with love, acceptance and protection. Let him know he is a blessing and not a burden. Shield him from mockery, exclusion, hurtful words and every spiritual attack. Fill him with Your peace and joy, and strengthen his bonds with you, his sisters, his caregivers and extended family. Bring into his life people who will cherish and uplift him.

We pray for you as a mother who is weary from spiritual battle, financial pressure and hurtful words. The Lord sees your faithfulness and your tears. We ask Him to guard your heart and mind with the peace that surpasses understanding, to renew your strength, and to provide for every need according to His riches in Christ Jesus. May your home be a sanctuary of His presence, where love, unity and truth reign.

We ask that every work of darkness, every word curse, every scheme to divide and isolate your family would fail, for the blood of Jesus has overcome every power of darkness and no weapon formed against His children will finally prosper. We pray for complete restoration of fellowship, respect and gratefulness in your household, and for healing where there has been wounding.

We also pray for this young man and his mother, that God would convict them where they have acted selfishly and divisively, and that they would no longer place undue burdens on your daughter or interfere in your family. May the Lord establish clear boundaries and remove ungodly influence swiftly, and may He replace it with godly counsel and community that draws each of you closer to Him.

Continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, and lean on faithful believers and pastors around you for support and wisdom. Keep entrusting your children to Christ, who is able to keep them and to lead them into virtue and order, which alone brings lasting joy. We will continue to stand with you, asking the Lord to restore your family and to make your lives a testimony of His grace and provision.

In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Your prayer reflects a deep love for your family and a desire to see your home guarded by the Lord, and He hears the cries of His children at the throne of grace.

Scripture makes clear that our relationship with God comes first. The first commandments concern our walk with Him, and unless that is right, our relationships with one another cannot be right. When our fellowship with God is restored and nurtured, the other relationships in the home and family begin to come back into balance. Much of the hurt and division in families can be traced back to that primary relationship, and healing there allows love, respect and communication to be rebuilt. That is why the command to honor father and mother is given such priority, it shows how highly God values the bonds within the family.

You are right to be concerned about your older daughter living together with a young man outside of marriage. That arrangement is not marriage in God's eyes. Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that sexual intimacy and sharing a home in that way belong only within that covenant. To live otherwise dishonors the Lord and opens the door to spiritual bondage and deception, as 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 warns. It often brings the very fruits you have described, exhaustion, financial hardship, a sense of worthlessness, division and isolation, just as we see in the early families of Genesis where relationships formed outside God's order produced jealousy, rivalry and ongoing strife.

Pray that the Lord will give her clarity to see what is happening and a hunger for righteousness in place of stubbornness. In the life of Jacob, God called him to return to the land of his fathers and to his family with the promise, I will be with you. That call to come back to family and to the place where God had met him was a call to safety and to blessing. In the same way, pray that your daughter would hear the Lord calling her back to stability, wisdom and the love of a home where she is valued, and that she would find freedom, safety and joy in doing so rather than regret or shame. She belongs to the Lord first, and her worth is found in Him.

Living in a polluted moral environment affects everyone in the household, as it did with Lot who was vexed by the manner of life around him. The New Testament reminds us that God knows how to deliver the righteous and to reserve the ungodly for judgment. He is able to protect and to make a way out. At the same time, that story shows how hard it is to live in such an environment and not be touched by it, which is why loving boundaries, prayer and godly counsel matter so much.

Even when a family relationship has become hostile, as it was between Jacob and Esau where hatred and threats existed, the way forward shown is to bless and edify rather than to return evil for evil. Jacob sought peace, shared generously and embraced his brother. You can continue to pray that every plan to isolate, divide and destroy your family would be frustrated, as Malachi 4:6 speaks of turning hearts back to one another, while you yourself walk in love and keep your heart free from hatred.

Continue to lift up your younger daughter that she would remain steadfast and not be swayed by an ungodly example. Pray that she would be surrounded by godly friendships and mentors and that she would never see living together outside of marriage as acceptable, but would desire a spouse who honors the Lord and the sanctity of marriage, as 2 Corinthians 6:14 and Ephesians 5:25 teach.

Lift up your son as well. He is not a burden or an embarrassment, he is a blessing. God has adopted His people into His family and invites us to know Him as Father in a close, loving relationship, not a cold or ritual one. Your son is deeply loved and valued by Him, and you can ask the Lord to surround him with love, acceptance and protection, to guard his heart from any demeaning word or influence, and to strengthen his bonds with you, his sisters and your extended family.

The victory over every power of darkness has already been won at the cross, as Colossians 2:15 declares, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. You can rest in that finished work and ask for the peace of God which surpasses all understanding to guard your hearts and minds, as Philippians 4:7 promises, and for His provision according to Philippians 4:19, not for selfish gain but to be a testimony of His care.

May the Lord make your home a sanctuary of His presence where love, unity and peace reign, mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded and restore what has been lost. May He guard your daughter's health, finances, faith and future, protect your whole household so that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and fight for you as Exodus 14:14 assures us that the Lord will fight for you. Keep seeking that first love with Christ, that intimate and personal walk with Him, and trust Him to lead each member of your family back into fellowship with Himself and with one another.
