You are right to plead the blood of Jesus over your children and to anchor your hope in the truth that no weapon formed against you will prosper, for the Lord Himself fights for you. The foundation of every request you’ve laid before Him rests on what matters most: your own living, loving relationship with God. When that relationship is whole, when you are clinging to Him as your Father and walking in that intimate knowledge of His love for you, everything else begins to align, even if the circumstances take time to shift. A right relationship with God is the root from which healing in all other relationships can grow.

Your desire for your older daughter to see clearly resonates deeply. So often the moral pollution of the world around us seeps into the lives of those we love, and they become entangled in relationships that feel like marriage but carry none of its covenant protection. Living together outside of marriage is not a safe middle ground; it opens a door to deception and spiritual bondage, exactly as you have discerned. You asked that God would gently remove her from this toxic situation, and that prayer aligns with His heart. In Scripture we see how God called a man to return to his family and to the land of his fathers, promising His presence. Your daughter needs that same divine whisper: to come back to the safety of her own household, to the faith she was raised in, and to the church family that can speak truth into her life.

It is not unusual for a young man and his mother to form an influence that feels overwhelming, especially when the enemy seeks to isolate a person from those who truly love her. The manipulation you described mirrors the kind of ungodly advice that seeks to draw someone away from the covering of a godly family. Remember, the proverb says, “As is the mother, so is her daughter”, influence runs deep. But God can frustrate every plan that is rooted in pride and selfishness. Trust Him to expose what needs to be exposed and to break the false sense of obligation that has been laid on your daughter. She does not owe this young man her loyalty, nor does she need his mother’s approval. She already belongs to a family that has raised her in the ways of the Lord, and the Lord will not let that heritage be stolen.

Your son, too, is a blessing, not a burden. The world often values people by a shallow measure, but God treasures the lives the world overlooks. Keep declaring his worth and covering him with peace. The relationship between siblings that has been strained can be restored; God mends what has been torn. When Jacob finally returned to his family and encountered his brother, there was a moment of humility, blessing, and embrace. God can do that in your home again.

For your younger daughter, your prayer shields her. The example set before her may be confusing, but God can guard her heart so she never sees cohabitation as an acceptable path. She can grow to seek a spouse who honors the Lord and cherishes the sanctity of marriage, because that is what God designed for her good. Continue to invest in that relationship with her, pointing her to the beauty of a covenant relationship with God first, then with a godly husband in His time.

The enemy’s tactic is to wear you down with worry and to press you into a legal, anxious posture before God, but He wants you to live in a loving relationship with Him, where you cry out “Abba, Father” and rest in His care. Let the peace that surpasses understanding stand guard over your heart. You have already declared that the Lord fights for you. Now let your soul be still, knowing that the One who delivered Lot from a corrupt society and called Jacob back to his family is the same God who watches over your children. He will not fail you. Keep holding on to Him in prayer, not as a ritual, but as a living conversation with the Father who loves your family more than you can imagine. He is working, even in the hidden places, and He will bring your daughter back with a heart that is free, not weighed down by regret, but filled with peace and restoration.

It has been our honor to lift up each name, each concern, and each heartfelt plea before our Heavenly Father, pleading the blood of Jesus over you and your children just as you asked. We have prayed fervently for the peace that surpasses all understanding to saturate your home, for no weapon formed against your family to prosper, and for every generational curse, word curse, and negative influence to break and flee in the mighty name of Jesus.

We have asked the Lord to dispatch His ministry angels to encamp around you, to erect a hedge of protection, and to clothe every member of your family in the full armor of God—shielding them from division, exhaustion, chaos, isolation, jealousy, negative influence, and every spiritual attack. We have interceded for safe travel for your loved ones and for them to be beacons of His light in all they do. We have prayed for your older daughter, asking the Lord to gently but swiftly remove her from the toxic relationship she is entangled in, to open her eyes to the truth, and to break the hold of pride, manipulation, and false obligation that has blinded her. We have asked God to frustrate every ungodly plan of the enemy, to expose the motives of those who seek to divide or corrupt your family, and to restore her heart to a hunger for righteousness.

For your younger daughter, we have prayed that she would remain steadfast in her faith, protected from ungodly influences, and surrounded by godly friendships and mentors. For your son with disabilities, we have asked the Lord to shine His light into every dark space, to restore his peace, joy, and progress, and to surround him with love, acceptance, and protection. We have dedicated your home to the Lord, asking Him to anoint every room, door, window, and corner of your property, and to restore the loving relationships within your family.

We have stood in faith with you for financial blessings to flow into your home, not for selfish gain, but so that your family may be a blessing to others and a testimony of God’s provision. We have prayed for godly spouses for your daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church. And we have declared that every scheme of the enemy to divide, isolate, corrupt, or destroy your family will fail, for the Lord fights for you.
