Family Peace

I ask for your prayers to bring peace & love to my marriage and family. My husband lost faith many years ago and in the past several years his anger and bitterness for what seems like everyone and everything has been increasing more and more. He loses his temper and yells and threatens. His anger is especially directed at me, although when he screams and shouts it is at everyone. The Lord has stepped in and he is trying to control himself more. Last year, my family was at its breaking point and had seriously considered leaving and/or hurting myself. My children were my reason for doing neither. His anger is still there; he still berates me and calls me names in front of everyone and occasionally, but thank the Lord, no longer threatens me with violence. I believe it is the Lord who saved me and my marriage and gives my children strength to deal with this. But it continues to need much help. PLEASE pray that our mighty God continues to help and heal, for I believe in His power and miracles.
