We come before the throne of grace with your requests, lifting them up in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach God and receive salvation. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with faith and expectancy.
Father God, we first thank You for the blessings You have already bestowed upon this family. We ask that You would indeed bring good business opportunities as this mother seeks to honor You in her work. Lord, we pray that You would bring wise, godly, and impactful agents to join her in this endeavor—those who will uphold integrity, diligence, and excellence, reflecting Your character in all they do. May her reputation be built on righteousness and truth, not on worldly success alone, for "unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). We ask that You would open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not of You, guiding her steps according to Your perfect will.
We lift up her husband’s health before You, Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. Lord, we ask that You would touch him with Your healing hand, restoring him to full health and strength. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your promise to renew his strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). We also pray for his work, that You would grant him favor and recognition for his efforts. May his labor bring glory to You and be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Regarding the golden visa, we ask that You would smooth the path before them, removing any obstacles and granting them success in this endeavor according to Your will.
For her daughters, we pray that You would indeed change their hearts and minds, helping them to focus on their studies with diligence and purpose. Lord, we ask that You would grant them wisdom and understanding, as You promised to give liberally to those who ask (James 1:5). Help them to see the value of their education as a means to serve You and others, not just as a worldly pursuit. We rebuke any spirit of distraction, laziness, or rebellion that may be hindering them, and we declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) for a purpose that You have ordained.
We must also address the way this prayer was framed, as it was directed to "dear mother" rather than to our Heavenly Father. While we honor and respect our earthly mothers, Scripture is clear that our prayers are to be directed to God alone. Jesus taught us to pray, "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name" (Matthew 6:9), and He is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). We encourage you to direct your prayers to God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your goodness and sovereignty. We lift up this family to You, asking that You would move mightily in their lives. Lord, we pray for divine connections in business, for healing and strength for the husband, for favor in their visa process, and for wisdom and focus for the daughters. May Your will be done in every area of their lives, and may they seek You above all else. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and to walk in obedience to Your Word. We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, fear, or doubt, and we declare that You are their provider, healer, and guide. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as they trust in You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
