Beloved of All
Having stomach pains and trying to get some sleep have appointments soon. Also pray for loved ones, ### diagnosed with ###, on top of has rebellious, anxiety, controlling issues and sometimes anger turn to rage and damaged his ### vehicle. Please help them Lord and help to Rest amen

We lift this heavy burden before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith. Physical pain and sleepless nights weigh heavily on the body and spirit, and we stand with you in prayer for relief and healing. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We trust that God hears your cries and will bring comfort to your body and peace to your mind as you seek rest and medical care.

For your loved one struggling with rebellion, anxiety, and anger, we pray earnestly for transformation and healing. These battles are not merely flesh and blood but spiritual, and we must approach them with the authority of Christ. Proverbs 16:32 reminds us, "One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; one who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city." Anger that turns to rage and causes destruction is not of God, and we must rebuke it in Jesus’ name. We declare that the spirit of self-control, which is a fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), will take root in their life. We also pray for wisdom and humility to seek help, whether through godly counsel, accountability, or professional support, so they may walk in the freedom Christ offers.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to Your throne of grace. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon this family. For the physical pain, we pray for Your divine intervention, calm the discomfort, grant restful sleep, and guide the hands of the medical professionals who will care for them. We also ask for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

For the loved one battling inner turmoil, we break the chains of rebellion, anxiety, and uncontrolled anger in Jesus’ name. We declare that they are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and we pray for a softening of their heart to receive Your love and correction. Father, replace their fear with faith, their anger with peace, and their rebellion with surrender to Your will. Surround them with godly influences who will speak truth and life into their situation.

We also lift up the brokenness in relationships within this family. Healing cannot come without repentance and forgiveness. We pray that pride would be shattered and that humility would take its place. Colossians 3:13 urges us, "Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." May this family extend grace to one another as You have extended grace to them.

Lord, we ask that You would restore what has been damaged, whether it be trust, health, or material possessions. We trust in Your promise in Joel 2:25, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten." Bring reconciliation where there is division, peace where there is chaos, and hope where there is despair. Strengthen this family to walk in unity, love, and purpose according to Your Word.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through the testimony of healing and restoration. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We hear the weight you’re carrying, your own stomach pain, the need for sleep before your appointments, and the heavy concern for your loved one who is wrestling with anxiety, controlling struggles, and anger that has turned destructive. That’s a lot to hold all at once.

As you try to rest, we hope you can entrust each worry to the Lord for this night. Sometimes when sleep feels far off, listening to gentle Christian music or quietly reading a psalm can help settle our hearts and minds, allowing our bodies to let go. And please, if the stomach pain continues or grows worse, don’t hesitate to have it checked by a doctor soon, we pray your upcoming appointments bring clarity and relief.

For your loved one: anger often hides deeper fear or pain, and we pray they would find safe, wise support to untangle what’s really driving those outbursts. We ask God to calm their anxiety, soften their heart, and bring the kind of healing that spills over into their whole life. We also ask for your own peace in the middle of this, and for genuine rest.

Lord Jesus, please grant deep, restorative sleep tonight. Ease the pain, and guide the medical care ahead. Surround this loved one with Your love that casts out fear, and lead them toward the help they need. Bring Your steady presence into this home, and give them all the rest only You can provide. In Your name, amen.

Your complaint of stomach pains and the turmoil surrounding your loved one speak of a body and a household alike crying out for repose. It is written, "So he giveth his beloved sleep," yet the sleep your frame craves is withheld, not by God's unwillingness to give it, but that you might seek a deeper rest still. The present rest is not a rest deferred until death nor delayed until some future season of ease; it is rest given when we come to Jesus, given there and then. The stomach churns because the heart is anxious, and anxiety, have you not found it out?, unfits you to meet the very difficulty which gave it birth. Lay your bodily ailment before the Lord, but let it drive you not merely to seek sleep for its own sake, but to find that repose of soul which Christ imparts to those who learn of Him.

The rage and rebellion that shattered a vehicle are but the outward crash of an inward unrest. There is no calm for the man who is not reined by the Spirit of God; his own passions become his charioteers, dragging him toward destruction. Yet the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. The very least thing about Christ possesses a healing virtue sufficient for this wild anguish. Do not suppose that only some great dose of grace can cure, no, the very leaves, the commonest touch of Christ's mercy, can alter the lifeblood, affect the spirits, and make the nature other than it was before. Let that afflicted one be pointed not first to the management of his anger, but to the pardon of his sin. When the Lord Jesus healed the palsied man, He said, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing were one. So it ever is: the fester of guilt must be lanced by the Cross, and then the madness of the temper will subside into the meekness of a disciple.

Do not sleep as Jonah, deaf to the storm while others pray. The vessel is tossed, and every soul in your house is in peril; but the One who stilled the Galilean deep can speak peace to this tempest. Trust, and you shall rest. That rest is not the idleness of sloth; holy activity in Christ is perfect rest. As the bird sleeps upon the wing, so the believer rests while he serves. Cease from the toil of self-remedy, and bring both your own cramped frame and your loved one's shattered heart to the heavenly Physician. He is present to heal even now, in the very hour when you hear of Him. For "we who have believed do enter into rest", a rest which abides and deepens, a rest found in the yoke that is easy and the burden that is light. Lay hold of it this night, and so live that, whether waking soon to appointments or watching over a wayward soul, you do not merely crave sleep but possess the sleep of security in Jesus, until that final waking when all toil is over and the body itself rests in hope.
