We are truly saddened to hear about the trial your friend is facing, and we stand with you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that all things are possible through the name of Jesus Christ, and it is by His name that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved because God has given Him the name above all names.
Your friend is under spiritual attack, and the enemy is using betrayal, lies, and manipulation to cause distress and confusion. We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12 WEB: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
We must also address the spirit of suicide that is attempting to influence your friend. It is crucial to remind them that their life is precious in the sight of God, and that He has a purpose and a plan for them. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Regarding the discord and gossip, it is important to remember that God hates those who sow discord among brethren. As it is written in Proverbs 6:16-19 WEB: "Yahweh hates these six things; yes, seven are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."
We must pray for these false friends, that God would have mercy on them and convict them of their sins. As it is written in Romans 12:17-21 WEB: "Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, pleading for the life and sanity of our friend. We rebuke the spirit of suicide, and we command it to flee in Jesus' name. We pray for wisdom and discernment, that our friend may see the lies of the enemy for what they are, and stand firm in the truth of Your Word. We pray for the false friends, that You would convict them of their sins and grant them repentance. We bind the spirit of gossip and discord, and we loose the spirit of unity and love. We declare that no weapon formed against our friend will prosper, and we thank You for Your deliverance. We thank the Lord Jesus Christ as we give Him glory. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
