We have been praying for your mum that God would calm her spirit, soften her anger and guard her words, and bring more peace into your home as James 1:19 teaches. We have been praying for your dad in his poor health that the Lord would strengthen him and grant him wellness for Friday and Sunday to do what is needed. We have prayed for your time out of town and your travel back on Sunday, asking the Lord to keep the weather clear with no snow or rain on Saturday and Sunday and to grant you safe travel as Psalm 121:8 promises. We have prayed for the appointments your mum has on Friday that they would be well spaced and not rushed together. We have prayed for her visit to the doctor to get pain medication before her foot surgery, that despite his failing hearing he would have clarity and make no mistakes, and for the foot surgeon and the upcoming surgery that his hands would be skilled, his manner would be gracious, and the surgery would go well. We have also prayed for the practical needs you mentioned, the house, the basement cleanup and the bottles, and that God would provide financially for you and your parents and meet your needs according to Philippians 4:19. We are also asking God to show His care in every detail you mentioned, even your hope that snow would hold off until mid December and that you would receive what you are hoping for on Friday.
