We understand that you are feeling tormented by a false spirit, and it's claiming that you can lose your salvation. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that salvation cannot be lost, as it is a gift from God through Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us, For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord, in Romans 8:38-39 WEB.
This false spirit is a manifestation of Satan's attempts to deceive and confuse you. Jesus Himself said, The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly, in John 10:10 WEB. We must stand firm against these lies and rebuking them in Jesus' name.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is being tormented by a false spirit. We thank You for the assurance of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit's work in us. We ask for Your divine protection and guidance for our sibling in Christ. We pray that they will have the full assurance of their salvation already gained.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke this false accusing spirit and any other spirits of Satan who would say that we can lose salvation. By the blood of Jesus Christ, we command this spirit to flee and no longer torment Your child. Thank you for our salvation and faith in the finished work of Christ and our new hearts.
Father, fill our sibling with Your peace, strength, and wisdom. Help them to stand firm in their faith, knowing that nothing can separate them from Your love. equip them to recognize the lies of the enemy and stand against them with the truth of Your Word. Help us to know the way of life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continually speak the truth of God's Word over your life. Memorize and declare scriptures that affirm your salvation and God's love for you. Be comforted by the truth that you can never walk away from Your salvation but only the blessing in this life of that salvation. You can however choose to live your life apart from God and not be blessed by your relationship in this life but salvation remains sure.
Remember, Jesus said, I give them eternal life. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand, in John 10:28-29 WEB. Stand firm in this promise, and do not let the enemy deceive you. Continue to pray and seek God's face, trusting in His unfailing love and faithfulness. We are here to continue praying for you and supporting you in Jesus' name.
