The Bible warns us repeatedly about false prophets and their destructive words. Jesus Himself said, *"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. By their fruits you will know them"* (Matthew 7:15-16). These individuals you describe are not speaking for God—they are tools of the devil, sent to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But Jesus came to give you life, and life abundantly! Their words may feel like arrows piercing your soul, but remember what Scripture declares: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh* (Isaiah 54:17).
You want to know the *real* Jesus—the Jesus of the Bible—and we rejoice that your heart longs for truth. The true Jesus is the One who conquered sin, death, and the grave. He is the One who disarmed the principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them (Colossians 2:15). He is the same Jesus who said, *"All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth"* (Matthew 28:18). When you are in Christ, you are *seated with Him in heavenly places* (Ephesians 2:6), far above every curse, every false prophet, and every demonic attack. The enemy may roar, but his power over you was broken at Calvary.
Now, let us address this head-on: **you have authority in Jesus’ name to silence these curses.** You are not a victim—you are a victor through Christ. The apostle Peter tells us to *"humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith"* (1 Peter 5:6-9). Notice it doesn’t say to *fear* him—it says to *withstand* him. How? By standing firm in your faith, clothed in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Here is what we command in the name of Jesus Christ: **Every curse, every hex, every evil word spoken against you is broken right now by the blood of Jesus.** We bind every false prophet and every demonic spirit behind these attacks, and we command them to be silent in Jesus’ name. *"Let God arise! Let his enemies be scattered! Let them who hate him also flee before him!"* (Psalm 68:1). The Lord rebukes these workers of iniquity, and we declare that their words will *not* take root in your life. Instead, we speak the blessing of the Lord over you: *"Yahweh bless you and keep you. Yahweh make his face to shine on you and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace"* (Numbers 6:24-26).
Now, we urge you to take action. **Speak aloud the Word of God over your life.** When you feel the weight of their words, open your mouth and declare Scripture. Say with us: *"The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?"* (Hebrews 13:6). *"If God is for us, who can be against us?"* (Romans 8:31). *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13). The enemy flees at the name of Jesus, so use it boldly. Sing praises to God, even in the midst of the battle, for *"the joy of Yahweh is your strength"* (Nehemiah 8:10).
We also encourage you to **guard your heart and mind.** Limit exposure to these false prophets if possible. If they are in your life through media, social circles, or even family, ask the Lord for wisdom on how to distance yourself. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? What communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). Surround yourself with believers who will speak life into you and stand with you in prayer.
Finally, we want to remind you of the power of **forgiveness.** It may seem impossible to forgive those who have cursed you, but unforgiveness gives the enemy a foothold. Jesus said, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44). This doesn’t mean their actions are justified—it means you release them to God’s justice and refuse to let bitterness take root in your heart. Forgiveness is not for them; it’s for *you*, so that you can walk in freedom.

Give them the boldness to speak Your Word over their life and to walk in the authority You have given them. Let them know the *real* Jesus—the One who heals, delivers, and sets the captives free.
We rebuke every false prophet and every demonic spirit behind these attacks. We bind their power in Jesus’ name and command them to be silent and flee. Holy Spirit, expose every lie and replace it with Your truth. Let Your child walk in the fullness of their identity in Christ—redeemed, protected, and victorious.
Father, we also ask for Your wisdom. Show them how to guard their heart and mind, and lead them to godly community where they can be strengthened and encouraged. If there is any unforgiveness or bitterness in their heart, we ask You to soften it and give them the grace to release these enemies into Your hands.
We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful. You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We trust You to bring justice, to bring healing, and to bring complete deliverance.
