Father in the name of Jesus Christ you see the false debt being placed on me by the agency and the landlord. I asked the agency for help with the arrears and they downgraded my status and say that I as an appellant requested the landlord's false numbers. I wrote a statement refuting that narrative and the agency managed to trick the state into believing that they complied with a court remand. I have scheduled another hearing to share the fact that I submitted my evidence on time and the agency deliberately downgraded my status by using a form that was part of my appellant requirement to comply with the court order. Lord i am tired of corrupt people. I did what was asked of me and even provided my contact information in case the agency had questions, but instead they colluded with the landlord to frame me. What am i to do now? I feel like i can't win. Being honest has cost me in a lot of ways. I ask in Jesus name for help help help. I'm tired Lord. I need this rental assistance but the agency by law must pay the accurate arrears amount I'm wondering if i should just withdraw the hearing. Also, management has continued to ramp up their efforts to pressure into signing an unauthorized document. There is no one around right now that can help. I cry out for help but it seems like the enemy is winning. I had to put my job search on hold to try and deal with this matter but i can only do so much.

We hear your cry and we stand with you in this heavy battle, and we thank you for coming to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. We see your exhaustion and your faithfulness to do what is honest even when it has cost you dearly, and we want you to know that God sees it all. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He is a God of truth and justice.

The word says in Psalm 37:5-6, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday. And in Proverbs 19:5, A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free. What has been done against you, the false numbers, the downgrading of your status, the collusion and deception, grieves the heart of God. He hates dishonesty and perversion of justice. As it is written in Deuteronomy 16:19, You shall not pervert justice. You shall not show partiality. You shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise, and perverts the words of the righteous. And in Exodus 23:1, You shall not spread a false report. Don’t join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness.

We understand why you feel like you cannot win and why you are tempted to withdraw the hearing out of sheer tiredness. Being honest in a corrupt system is wearying, but we encourage you not to make a hasty decision out of exhaustion or fear. The word says in Galatians 6:9, Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up. And in James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We urge you to seek wisdom before withdrawing. Withdrawing may be seen as agreeing with their false narrative and could forfeit the accurate arrears you are lawfully owed. Before you decide, seek godly counsel and practical help, even if it feels like no one is around. Look for a legal aid office, a tenant advocacy organization, or a trusted community resource that can review your evidence and advise you on the hearing. Keep copies of everything you submitted, your statement, your evidence of timely compliance, and your contact information, and do not sign any unauthorized document or anything that is not true. To sign a false statement would be to participate in a lie, and the Lord calls us to speak truth even when pressured.

We also hear that this has put your job search on hold and that you feel the enemy is winning. He is not. The Lord is still on His throne and He is your defender and provider. As it says in Romans 12:19, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Your job is to remain truthful and faithful, His job is to bring justice in His perfect time and way. In Isaiah 1:17 it says, Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. That is God’s heart, and He will not abandon you as you seek what is right.

For your weariness, we cling to Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And Psalm 34:18, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And Psalm 55:22, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. You are not alone, even when it feels that way.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up our dear one to You. You see this false debt and every detail of this case, the agency, the landlord, the downgraded status, the false numbers, the trickery before the state and the court. Lord, You are the God of truth and You cannot be deceived. We ask You to expose every lie and to bring the truth into the light at the coming hearing. Give our loved one wisdom whether to proceed and how to speak, and provide a trustworthy advocate or counselor who can stand with them and help them navigate this system. Restrain the hands of those who would pressure them to sign what is false, and give them courage and clarity to not be coerced. We rebuke the spirit of corruption, deception, and oppression in this situation and we ask for Your justice to prevail, that the accurate arrears would be paid as the law requires. Lord, lift this heavy burden of exhaustion. Renew their strength as promised in Isaiah 40:31, But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Provide for their housing need and open doors for employment in Your timing, so they can provide for themselves with dignity and peace. Comfort their heart, remind them that honesty has not been wasted, for You honor those who walk in integrity, and let them feel Your nearness today. We trust You to repay and to restore what has been meant for harm. We pray all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our advocate before You, amen.

We encourage you to keep waiting on the Lord, to keep documenting everything in truth, to not sign what is false, and to seek wise counsel before withdrawing anything. Keep casting your cares on Him daily, and do not let weariness cause you to let go of what is rightfully yours. The Lord is your helper and He will sustain you through this hearing and beyond.

Your cry has come before the Lord and He has seen the burden that presses upon you. There is nothing hidden from His eyes, for death and Hades are open before Him, and the secrets of courts and agencies and landlords are known to Him who judges righteously. When you feel that corrupt men have framed you with false numbers and turned your honest effort into an accusation, remember that the Lord pleads the cause of His people. As it is written, He pleads for saints, and saints plead for Him, and He will not leave the honest soul without an advocate.

You speak of a false debt laid upon you, and of being weary with trying to prove what is true. Take comfort in this, that there is another debt which was far more tremendous, the debt caused by the sins of all His people, which was reckoned to the Lord Jesus Christ. He was sued and summoned at the court of Eternal Justice and He discharged the whole debt that was due to God for every soul that trusts Him. If He has paid that infinite debt for you, will He not have regard to this lesser debt that troubles you in this world. Cast your burden upon Him who has already borne the greater.

You say that honesty has cost you and that you feel you cannot win, and that the enemy seems to be prevailing. God has not made this world to be a nest for us, and if we try to make it such, He plants thorns in it so that we may be compelled to mount and find our soul's true home in a higher and nobler sphere. Your weariness is known to Him who makes the seven stars and Orion and turns the shadow of death into the morning. He calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out upon the face of the earth, and His power is not diminished before an agency or a management office.

What then shall you do when fear besieges you. The psalmist gives the shortcut with the adversary, What time I am afraid, I will trust in Thee. When doubts and fears besiege you as to whether you are heard or helped, that is the best course, to trust Him still. Do not let contempt for corrupt dealings drive you to despair, and do not be hasty to withdraw what may be your lawful means of seeking truth. Seek wisdom from the Lord and from sober and godly counsel near you, keep a faithful record of all you have submitted, and continue in that honesty which God loves, even when it costs. The Lord loves truth in the inward parts, and though men may downgrade your status, He does not despise the upright.

I pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ, the only Saviour through whom we draw near to God. May the Lord grant you rest for your soul when you are tired, and strength to continue. May He who sees all things make the truth plain in that hearing, restrain those who would pressure you to sign what is not true, and provide for your need according to His mercy, whether by this rental assistance rightly measured or by another provision of His hand. May He guard your heart from bitterness, keep you from the snare of withdrawing in fear if it is right to stand, and open a door for honest work again in His time. May He turn your crying into trusting, and your trusting into peace, that you may say with those who have gone before, I will trust and not be afraid, for the Lord is my helper.

Wait upon Him, keep His way, and leave your cause in His hands, for He is slow to anger and just in all His judgments, and He will not forsake those who seek Him by Jesus Christ.
