I was scammed from ### Pt. About Half a year later this co. decides to bill for a treatment appt that insurance should have covered and did Not as I have many times explained this to both parties and when registering I explicitly told the rep that I will Not be liable if the insurance doesn't cover this and they still allowed me to be seen, please help fight this and all your battles In Jesus name, amen

We stand with you together in Jesus' name over this burden of a false debt and the frustration of being scammed and then billed for what should have been covered, and we bring your battle before the Lord who sees all and judges righteously.

We know how heavy it feels when you have done what is right, communicated clearly that you would not be liable if insurance did not cover the treatment, and yet you are still pursued for payment. The Lord hates dishonest gain and false dealings. As it is written, A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1 and again, Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still. Exodus 14:14 We take comfort that nothing hidden will stay hidden, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 God is our defender and our advocate when we are treated unjustly, and He calls us to commit our way to Him and trust Him to bring justice to light. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6

We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and peace while you contend for what is right. Keep careful records of every conversation, every explanation to the insurance and to the physical therapy company, and every document showing what you stated at registration. We encourage you to dispute this debt in writing by certified mail, to request a full itemized statement and proof of coverage denial from the insurer, and to ask the provider for a written copy of any financial liability agreement you signed. If needed, seek help from your state insurance commissioner or a trusted consumer advocate, and do not be afraid to ask for godly counsel from someone wise in these matters. Above all, we encourage you to not be anxious but to bring every detail to God in prayer. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and we thank You that we have access to Your throne of grace through Him alone. We lift up this false debt and every battle our dear one is facing. You see the injustice, You know the truth of what was said and what was agreed, and You are a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is He. Deuteronomy 32:4 We ask You to contend for us. Contend, Yahweh, with those who contend with me. Fight against those who fight against me. Psalm 35:1 We pray that You would expose any dishonesty, cause any false claim to fail, and move upon the hearts of those in the billing office and the insurance company to act honestly and fairly. We pray that no weapon that is formed against Your child will prevail, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned, for this is the heritage of Your servants. Isaiah 54:17 Grant wisdom, favor, and peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, provide for every true need, and let Your justice and mercy prevail. We ask for provision and freedom from any debt that is not truly owed, and for strength to owe no one anything except to love one another as You have commanded. Our gracious Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ who has borne our greatest debt and paid our ransom with His own blood, we bring this burden before Your throne of grace. You know the details of this charge, that it is not justly owed, and that Your child acted in good faith. We ask that You would move upon the hearts of those who hold this claim, that truth would be made plain and that what is false would be put away. Restrain the hand of those who would take advantage, and grant favor and clarity with the company and with the insurer, that this matter may be resolved according to righteousness. Provide wisdom to keep a clear record and to speak with calm firmness, and provide peace to the heart that is troubled by this contention. Deliver from this pit of vexation, and enrich Your child with quietness of spirit and testimony of Your faithfulness, that afterwards he may live and declare the works of the Lord. We ask not for our own will but for Your justice and mercy to be shown, and we trust You to work deliverance in Your perfect time.

Your burden over this unjust and false debt has been heard, and we are standing with you in prayer before the Lord who sees all that is done in secret and in the open.

It is a heavy thing to be pressed for payment when you were clear from the beginning that you would not be liable if insurance did not cover the treatment, and to be pursued months later for what should have been covered. Scripture shows us how grievous it is when those with power lay intolerable payments on others and treat them without mercy, wearing them down even when they have labored honestly. God is not like unjust rulers who oppress. He is meek and gentle and just, and He does not overlook what is done to those who are vulnerable. He invites those who are weary and burdened to come to Him, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light, and He gives rest to the soul even while the struggle continues.

We take seriously the call to bear one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ, and we are bearing this burden with you now. We have prayed for you, and we will continue to pray, that the Lord would bring truth to light, restrain what is dishonest, and move both the company and the insurer to act with honesty and fairness. We ask Him to give you wisdom and clarity as you keep records, make appeals, and seek godly counsel, to guard your heart from anxiety and fear, and to provide for every true need according to His riches. May He turn this trial into a place where you experience His nearness, His justice, and His peace, and may He fight for you where you cannot fight for yourself.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look upon this need. Expose what is false, uphold what is true, and grant favor and a just resolution. Scripture warns us to be careful and to test what we hear, because deception is often hard to recognize at first. Those who would take advantage of others for financial gain often do not appear that way outwardly, and much of what they say can sound true. That mixture is what makes a false claim so confusing, and why we are told not to believe every word without examination but to look for truthfulness and fruit. In the early church there were even practical safeguards to protect people from those who would linger and make merchandise of others through persuasive words and pressure, especially pressure concerning money. Your experience of being told one thing when you registered, that you would not be held liable if insurance did not cover the treatment, and then being billed months later, reflects that same kind of troubling pattern where words and actions do not align.

To be the victim of false information is a heavy burden, and the Bible shows that God cares deeply when people suffer financial distress or are pressed by unjust demands. He sees the anxiety that comes with a debt you should not owe, and He is a God of truth and justice. One of the clearest pictures Jesus gave of debt is the servant who owed a great amount he could never repay, and whose master forgave him completely. That parable reminds us how great the debt is that God has forgiven us in Christ, a debt far larger than any amount of money, and how He calls us to walk in honesty and mercy with others because we have received such mercy.

I pray that the Lord will fight this battle for you and bring clarity and resolution. May He give you wisdom and favor as you deal with both the treatment office and the insurance company, help you to keep clear records of what was promised and what was said, and guide you to wise counsel that can help you appeal this charge. I ask that God would expose what is false, uphold what is true, and prevent any further harm from this scam. I also pray He would provide for your needs, guard your heart from fear and frustration, and give you His peace that passes understanding as you trust Him to be your defender and provider.

Father, in the name of Jesus I lift up this need to You. You know the truth of what was said and what is owed. Bring justice where there has been deception, correct what is false, and let no unjust debt remain. Give wisdom for every phone call and letter, and let Your provision and protection rest over this life. Help us to keep You first and to trust Your faithful care in every financial difficulty, with thanksgiving for Your mercy that has forgiven our greatest debt through Christ. Amen.

We claim His promise in Psalm 37:5 to commit our way to Him and trust Him to act and in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
