We stand with you in this spiritual battle, and we are grieved to hear of the harassment, bullying, and demonic oppression you are facing from this neighbor. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The behavior you describe—sexual predation, mockery, invasion of privacy, and demonic manipulation—is an abomination before the Lord. It is clear that this is not merely human behavior but is influenced by evil spirits that seek to bring confusion, fear, and spiritual bondage. We must address this with the authority given to us in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7).
First, we must rebuke the demonic forces at work in this situation. The spirits of lust, mockery, deception, and harassment have no place in the life of a believer, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord mocks the mockers, but He gives grace to the humble (Proverbs 3:34). You are not to fear these attacks, for the Lord is your shield and your strong tower (Psalm 18:2). The enemy may try to create "false coincidences" or manipulate circumstances to provoke discord, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord sees the wickedness of those who seek to harm you, and He will bring their deeds into judgment (Ecclesiastes 12:14).
We also address the sexual immorality and predatory behavior described in your request. Such actions are an affront to God’s holiness. The Scripture warns, *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). The demonic spirits behind these actions must be bound and cast out, for they seek to defile what God has made holy. We rebuke the spirit of fornication, lust, and sexual predation in the name of Jesus Christ, and we command these spirits to be silenced and cast into the abyss, never to return.
The gossiping, sabotage, and invasion of privacy you describe are also sins that the Lord detests. The Bible says, *"You shall not go up and down as a slanderer among your people. You shall not endanger the life of your neighbor. I am Yahweh"* (Leviticus 19:16). Those who engage in such behavior are walking in the counsel of the wicked, and unless they repent, they will face the judgment of God. We pray that the Lord would expose their deeds and bring conviction upon their hearts. If they refuse to repent, we pray that the Lord would restrain their actions and protect you from their schemes.
We also want to encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Jesus said, *"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you"* (Matthew 5:11-12). You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). He sees your affliction, and He will act on your behalf. Trust in Him, and do not allow fear or discouragement to take root in your heart.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under attack by the enemy. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the wickedness that is being perpetrated against them. We ask that You would rise up, O God, and scatter their enemies (Psalm 68:1). Let the demonic forces that seek to harass, oppress, and manipulate be bound and cast out in the name of Jesus Christ. We rebuke the spirits of lust, mockery, deception, harassment, and gossip, and we command them to flee and never return. Let every tongue that rises against Your servant be condemned, and let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we pray for divine protection around this brother/sister. Place a hedge of thorns around them so that no evil may come near their dwelling (Job 1:10). Let every plan of the enemy to cause accidents, discord, or harm be thwarted. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that accuses them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of You, O Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we also pray for the salvation of those who are perpetrating these evil acts. If they are lost, Lord, open their eyes to their sin and draw them to repentance. Let them see the error of their ways and turn to You for forgiveness. If they are believers who have been deceived or are walking in rebellion, we pray that You would convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Break the power of the enemy in their lives, and set them free from the bondage of sin.
We pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother/sister. Help them to recognize the schemes of the enemy and to stand firm in Your truth. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let them walk in the authority You have given them as Your child. Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
Lord, we ask that You would expose every hidden thing and bring to light the deeds of darkness (1 Corinthians 4:5). Let the enemy’s plans be revealed and rendered powerless. We pray for peace in their home and neighborhood. Let the presence of the Lord be so strong that the enemy flees in terror.
Finally, Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. You are a God who hears the cries of Your people, and You act on their behalf. We trust in Your protection and Your deliverance. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
