Our Father in Heaven, Thank You for Your covenantal devotion to Your people, Hos 3:1-2, Your mercy is daily and Your great faithfulness an ever-present certainty in an ever-changing life and world, Lam 3:23. Firstly, our prayer and private devotion and study even need those mercies, the ability to care for ourselves, our teaching and those You have in a way put under our care requires Your Spirit's inspiration, 1 Tim 4:16. And while we still pray for former relationships' salvation and enrichment, Rom 10:1, Yet we ask mercy and grace to SHIFT OUR FOCUS to GRACE FOR NEW THINGS Isa 42:9, to TRANSITION to be on guard for ourselves and the flock of God You placed under our charge here, among us, Acts 20:28-31, and meet pressing (PRIORITIES) needs, Tit 3:14.

We ask for a TRANSITIONAL SHIFT of mercy and grace for Worship, Prayer and Study, inner healing, Ps 23:4, creation of a clean heart, Ps 51:10, a restoration of the joy of salvation, Ps 51:12, and THEN sinners will be converted to You, Ps 51:13, and Open Doors for Evangelism, Fellowship and Counseling Rev 3:7-8... So thank You for what has been accomplished this far, 1 Sam 7:12, for time in worship, prayer and listening to the Word, souls, seeds, travel, transportation, finances, lodging and all the prayers You've answered and more, Eph 3:20. Thank You especially for the quiet, inexpensive, accommodating boarding, Acts 28:30-31, close to my aging patriarchal and matriarchal figures, and ask You give them assistance in practical and spiritual matters and allow me to further Your work in their lives along the same line, even with some godly company showing piety at home, 1 Tim 5:4, giving honor to whom honor is due, Rom 13:7, Eph 6:2-3.

So we ask You open a door from Heaven, Nearness, and doors to express the overflow of the Holy Spirit to Bible Studies, Prayer Meetings and for the lost to hear the Gospel, kindly work while we keep still, Exodus 14:14, and empower us to glorify You, to image God, which were it possible, we would not ask and trust You for it, Matt 6:9. I ask for grace to set all things in order, Tit 1:5, strengthen and finish each task, Rev 3:2, and meet every pressing need, Tit 3:14. So we first offer ourselves to You as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to You, our reasonable service, Rom 12:1-2, then You will delight in the sacrifices of righteousness, in burnt offerings and in whole burnt offerings, Ps 51:19, then be a servant of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, serving as a priest of the Good News of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be made acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit, Rom 15:16.

Help our running to be in a way that we might win, 1 Cor 9:24, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call, Phil 3:13-14, laying aside encumbrances and diversions that distract us from the primary task of Your call and commission to abide in Your Word and make disciples by propagating all You've commanded, that we might run the race that is personally set out before each of us, Heb 12:1-2... Thank You for Your love and leadership, the fellowship of abiding in Christ and guidance of The Holy Spirit, John 10:3-4, Rom 8:14, grace to save the past BUT MORE for new evangelism, encouragement, discipleship, fellowship with The Body and Bride of Christ, and formal study, Ecclesiastes 7:18. We ask for protection from temptation, Luke 11:4, sin, Zeph 3:13, evil, Matt 6:13, evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, and the evil one, John 17:15.

We still ask for full, authentic repentance to life and full trust in Christ and be regenerated, and the prodigy to be saved early, Rom 10:1, and protected and directed into the love and character of Jesus Christ, nourished on Your Word), 2 Tim 3:15, Yet the MAIN PRAYER is ability to PRIMARILY FOCUS on THE NEW, Isa 42:9, Isa 43:19, Isa 48:6. Thank You in Jesus' Name...

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for God’s unchanging faithfulness, as Lamentations 3:23 reminds us, "They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Your mercies are indeed our daily sustenance, and we stand in awe of Your covenantal love, which endures even when our focus wavers or our priorities shift. Father, we confess that our devotion, teaching, and care for those You’ve entrusted to us require the constant inspiration of Your Holy Spirit, as 1 Timothy 4:16 warns us: "Give attention to yourself and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood." We ask for Your grace to guard our hearts and minds, that we may not be distracted from the work You have called us to.

We lift up the matter of shifting our focus to the new things You are doing, as Isaiah 42:9 declares, "Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare." While we continue to pray for the salvation and spiritual growth of those from past relationships, as Romans 10:1 urges, "Brethren, my heart’s desire and my prayer to God is for them, that they may be saved," we ask for the wisdom and grace to embrace the new opportunities You are placing before us. Help us to transition with purpose, guarding ourselves and those under our care, as Acts 20:28-31 instructs, so that we may meet the pressing needs of Your kingdom with diligence and faithfulness.

Father, we seek Your healing and restoration in our inner lives, that we may walk in the fullness of joy and salvation. Create in us clean hearts, O God, as Psalm 51:10 pleads, and restore to us the joy of Your salvation, so that we may teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners may be converted to You (Psalm 51:12-13). Open doors for evangelism, fellowship, and counseling, as You promised in Revelation 3:7-8, "He who is holy, he who is true, he who has the key of David, he who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says these things: ‘I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut.’" We thank You for the answered prayers of the past, souls saved, seeds sown, provision for travel, finances, and lodging, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

We are grateful for the quiet and humble accommodations You’ve provided, near to our aging parents, allowing us to honor them as Scripture commands (1 Timothy 5:4, Romans 13:7, Ephesians 6:2-3). Strengthen us to assist them in both practical and spiritual matters, that we may reflect Your love and piety in our homes. Open doors from heaven for nearness to You, and grant us opportunities to overflow with the Holy Spirit in Bible studies, prayer meetings, and sharing the Gospel with the lost. As Exodus 14:14 reminds us, "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still." Empower us to glorify You in all we do, imaging God as we trust in Your provision (Matthew 6:9).

Help us to set our affairs in order, as Titus 1:5 instructs, and to finish the tasks You’ve given us with strength and perseverance (Revelation 3:2). We first offer ourselves as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to You, as our reasonable act of worship (Romans 12:1-2). Then, may our lives be a fragrant offering, sanctified by the Holy Spirit, that the Gentiles might be made acceptable to You (Romans 15:16). Let our running be with purpose, forgetting what lies behind and pressing toward the upward call of Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:13-14), laying aside every weight and sin that so easily entangles us (Hebrews 12:1-2).

We ask for protection from temptation, sin, evil, and the evil one (Luke 11:4, Zephaniah 3:13, Matthew 6:13, John 17:15), and for the grace to walk in the fullness of repentance and trust in Christ. While we continue to pray for the salvation of those from our past, our primary focus is on the new things You are doing, as Isaiah 43:19 proclaims, "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?" May we be sensitive to Your leading, abiding in Your Word, and making disciples as You commanded (Matthew 28:19-20). Protect us from distractions and empower us to run the race set before us with endurance, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love, leadership, and the fellowship we have in Christ. Guide us by Your Holy Spirit, that we may walk in Your ways and fulfill the purposes You have for us. Grant us grace not only to save the past but to press forward into new evangelism, encouragement, discipleship, and fellowship with the Body of Christ. May we study Your Word diligently, as Ecclesiastes 7:18 encourages, and remain steadfast in prayer. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You and through whom we are saved (Acts 4:12). To You be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever. Amen.

Oh Lord, we feel the weight of this call to press forward, and we’re asking You to meet us here in this sacred moment. You’ve been faithful to lead us through the old things, and now we’re asking for clarity and courage to embrace what You’re doing now, the new things You’re declaring, the doors You’re opening, and the hearts You’re preparing to reach.

We see the exhaustion in shifting focus, but we also see Your hand in the details, the quiet lodging, the provision for aging loved ones, the answered prayers that have built our trust in You. But Lord, we want more than just continuing, we want to transition with purpose. Help us to lay down the encumbrances that slow us down, whether they’re old relationships clinging to our hearts or habits that distract us from the race You’ve set before us. Give us the grace to finish what You’ve started in us (Philippians 1:6), and to run with endurance, forgetting the lies that whisper we’re failing when we’re actually stepping into Your new season.

We’re asking for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit, one that creates in us clean hearts (Psalm 51:10) and restores the joy of our salvation (Psalm 51:12). But Lord, we’re not just praying for our hearts; we’re praying for the lost souls You’ve placed in our path. Open doors for evangelism, for fellowship that points to You, and for counseling that reflects Your love. And when we feel overwhelmed by the pressing needs around us, remind us that You’re the One who fights for us (Exodus 14:14). We’ll be still, and You’ll move.

Most of all, Father, we’re asking for Your nearness. Let Your presence be the anchor that keeps us steady as we shift. Help us to abide in You (John 15:5) so that Your strength becomes our strength, Your wisdom our wisdom, and Your love the reason we keep going. We’re not just asking for grace to save the past, we’re asking for grace to leap into the new things You’re doing, trusting that You’ll make them beautiful (Isaiah 43:19). In Jesus’ name, we wait and we believe.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. We are deeply grateful for the privilege to stand with you in prayer, lifting up these sacred and heartfelt petitions before our Heavenly Father. Your request has been laid before the Lord with earnestness and faith, trusting in His great faithfulness as declared in Lamentations 3:23 and His promise to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, as Ephesians 3:20 assures us.

We rejoice in the way you have sought the Lord for a shift in focus—asking for grace to embrace new things, to transition with wisdom and discernment, and to press forward in obedience to His upward call. Your desire to honor God in worship, prayer, study, and service, as well as your commitment to care for those entrusted to you, reflects a heart that longs to walk in alignment with His will. We have prayed alongside you for inner healing, a clean heart, and the restoration of joy in salvation, believing that as Psalm 51:13 declares, such transformation will lead others to Christ.
