We are blessed to join with you in prayer, seeking God's face and reminding you of His unfailing love and faithfulness. It's wonderful that you've asked for faith in Jesus. We are reminded that faith is not something that we can manufacture on our own, but it is a gift from God. Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB states, For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. We see from this passage that faith is a gift from God.
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up this dear one to You. They are seeking more faith to live this Christian Life. We are reminded in Romans 12:3 WEB, For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith. We ask that You would make Your presence known in their life, reminding them of the wonderful works You have done in the past. Open their spiritual eyes to see You at work in their life and help them to learn how to become a mature Christian.
Father, we ask that You would show them testimonies of Your goodness and faithfulness. Please, bring to their remembrance all the times that they have experienced the evidence of Your love and presence in their life. Use these testimonies to strengthen them and bring You glory. We ask that You would give them a fresh and unshakeable faith to believe You for greater things.
Lord Jesus, we thank You for the gift of faith. Help them to trust in You even when they don't understand what You are doing. Let us never forget that You are good, and that Your love endures forever. Your Word is true and we put our hope in the things that You have spoken. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is at work in your life. He is faithful, and He will strengthen your faith as you walk with Him.
